Tulum Cenotes Labnaha Hotels

"This is our 4th and best time at Dreams Tulum. The preferred club was well worth every penny. Manuel was incredible from the check in where we were whisked into a private lounge where we could eat and drink while checking in, no waiting. We wanted a quieter room and were able to move even thought the hotel was sold out, thank you Manuel and Victoria. Everything stood out, but Geyslor at the beach preferred club is very special, personable, warm and professional. We got a bed on the beach one of the days and enjoyed relaxing and being taken care of by staff. Even though the club was sold out there was no waiting, enough chairs and didn't feel crowded at pools or beach. I had teenagers with me and they enjoyed their time as much as we did. Also visited a couple cenotes and Tulum city which is 15 minutes away. Enjoy!"

"The rooftop patio room we got was amazing, eating breakfast up there every day watching the sunrise over the ocean was the best I’ve had out of anywhere I’ve gone down south. And then me and my girlfriend would set up an iPad to watch Netflix on the rooftop while we drink wine and ate cheese watching the sun go down over the ocean. Five stars on that experience"

"Absolutely perfect stay in Tulum in early Feb. House was perfect, not that we spent too much time inside other than to sleep. (Beds and linen were high end hotel quality).Fernando and Aza made sure the property was immaculate at all times. The Chef staff produced three amazing meals a day (as well as a snack). Out door dining was perfect for our 12 guests.Beach was beautiful and I specifically enjoyed the smaller beachside SHADED table so I could enjoy the view while saving my skin. Meanwhile my friends laid out and soaked in all the sun.Infrastructure in Tulum is a little hit or miss, so perfertly hot showers was not always a thing, but thats more Mexicos fault than the house/host/staff.Definitely felt like a luxury vacation and we enjoyed it much more than an "All Inclusive Resort" like we have been to in the past. Seaweed does wash up on the beach, but its not bad in February and it didn't distract from anything or smell. House staff will also clear it away depending on your preference (it is a never ending job though, but again, welcome to the east coast of mexico)"

"This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive. I slept very well…the bed was very comfortable. Then Matias…he did a video of me that was soooooo beautiful. I mean…I speechless as I came to do absolutely nothing…which is surprising being I always do activities and take pictures. They let me stay a lil longer for my flight. Arranged my transportation to and from the airport and even off the bay to go to Tulum. I most definitely will come back and thank you guyz again🥹❤️"

"The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. "
