“The location on Soliman's Bay is stunning and protected from sargassum by the barrier reef. The hotel property is similarly stunning: beautiful rooms, a beautiful restaurant, a refreshing pool, and many well-appointed commons and recreational spaces. It's really beautifully designed--picturesque, architecturally impressive, relaxing, with scenic views over the mangroves and the bay, with abundant wildlife, and great swims. Snorkeling immediately in front of the hotel is not as good as the……

“A rare time when the pictures line up with reality. Our stay was very nice. The place is well run and only a couple years old. The food was great. There weren't many people staying there since we went in slow season (July) so it felt very mellow and private. The beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't swim, but we expected that so it wasn't a disappointment. The beach is very calm and shallow. Excellent location near everything. No more than a 15 minute drive to most of our activities. Highly……

“I fell in love with this place. It was just what I needed - rest, relaxation, peace, fun, beauty. The staff was amazing! The food was amazing! The massage was amazing! Everything was amazing and a wonderful escape from my stressful days.”

“What a fabulous hotel. Everything was perfect and they even upgraded our rooms at no extra charge. The staff is wonderful. They are helpful and cheerful. The beach is pristine. They invested in a seaweed wall this year to keep the beach clear of seaweed year around. The breakfast was wonderful, lunch and dinner delicious. Great snorkeling close by; easy to get to with the complementary kayaks. Security was spot on and the whole atmophere was calm, pristine and safe. Highly recommend this hotel!!”

“Super Buen hotel muy buena la estadia . Personal muy amable ,volvere de Seguro”

“Excelente lugar”

“The house and cenote is beautiful.”

“Horrible lugar las habitaciones de lo más sucio cucarachas insectos y la playa está llena de zargaso con un olor horroroso que entra alas habitaciones fue como una pesadilla pasar una noche allí el inodoro se tapó al primer uso tuvimos que salir de ese lugar ala mañana siguiente nada es igual a las fotos que están en el anuncio de ese horrible lugar”

“There is issues with insufficient pressure for plumbing, unhelpful staff and it is NOT all inclusive despite being advertised as such. There is nobody to check you in, just directions on how to get your keys. Considering there is not much around you're better off being anywhere else.”

“Very nice and accommodating reception staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice to be so close to the Santa with the Tours included.”

“We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! We would recommend a rental car if you are wanting to leave the resort. This is not in the busy resort area, it's a little bit outside of Tulum. We really liked not being in the busy area. This resort was also the best value that we saw for all-inclusive. One thing to note is this resort is part of Framissima, which is a French travel company. We were not aware and were surprised that nearly all the guests were French. We also kinda liked that we……

“Another great stay at Teetotum, always enjoyable ”

“we were looking for a hotel at the end of our trip and came here and were so positive surprised. This hotel is amazing. From the extreme welcome of the staff and the beautiful layout of the hotel you feel like you are on a jungle vacation. They have a super nice, clean and large pool area and we were there all by ourselves. they will give you a shuttle to the entrance of the Jaguar park, as well as a band so you can ride the electric transportation in the park to go to the national park beaches……
