The rooms were very spacious and comfortable- it was tough at times to contact the resort via hotels.com, so when I switched to direct communication it was better. The restaurant was good, and the spa was on their nearby sister property that was amazing. It would have been nice to get details on the neighborhood Cenote before visiting to be prepared.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. The hotel is quiet and peaceful.
Our room could have used some basic maintenance- there were small holes in the wall and mold. Each time our room was tended to something was left behind (I.e., cleaning supplies in shower, dust rag on our dresser, bedding on chair). Would we stay agai

The rooftop patio room we got was amazing, eating breakfast up there every day watching the sunrise over the ocean was the best I’ve had out of anywhere I’ve gone down south. And then me and my girlfriend would set up an iPad to watch Netflix on the rooftop while we drink wine and ate cheese watching the sun go down over the ocean.
Five stars on that experience
