"The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were very kind and respectful. We stayed in Casa 6, with our 8 and 4-year-old kids. They loved the water park and the playground. Would recommend water shoes for the water park. The pool in the main lobby was closed. We didn't use any of the other pools (near Casa 3) due to the smell of the Sargassum (would not recommend staying in Casa 3 for now). All the à la carte restaurants were delicious. I suggest making reservations for the restaurants as soon as you make the reservations for the hotel (they get booked in advance). The buffet near Casa 5 is hit or miss; the buffet in the Lobby is better. The selection of alcohol is very good, but they use concentrate for all their juices, which brings cocktails down. I don't understand why they don't use real Lime. The transportation between the houses is not as frequent as they report it, especially during "peak hour" (Before and after shows); but the walk is 15 min at the most between the main Lobby and Casa 6. The rooms are nice, quiet, and clean. We loved our stay and likely would go again. "

"Fantastic experience for my family at Villa Vidorra!! The Villa was perfect! The location was beautiful. Soliman bay is great for kayaking and snorkelling. So much to experience nearby. Barbara (owner) was always easy to reach and helped us coordinate several excursions. The staff at the house were the absolute best one could hope for. Chef Manuel and his assistant Angel prepared incredible food from classic Mexican dishes to snacks and amazing steak and lobster. We were blown away! Bartender Luis was ever present, always quick with a story and a smile. He is a treasure! Vicky and Mariana kept the Villa beautifully clean and welcoming. Julio had the grounds and beach perfect for us every day! Absolutely worth every penny for the tremendous vacation we enjoyed. Villa Vidorra for the win!!!"

"Love this private place. Beach was gorgeous and clean. Rooms were comfy, modern and comfortable. Bedding was ultra luxurious. "

"Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. Great location. Food and drink are great. A mix of fun and high end cocktails. Cater very well to allergies. Peaceful, elegant, clean and quiet. Definitely go to this resort as one of the best (if not the best) in Tulum or Mayan Riviera."

"Mi experiencia fue absolutamente perfecta. Desde el primer momento todo superó mis expectativas. El lugar es hermoso, muy bien cuidado y con una atención a los detalles que realmente marca la diferencia. El servicio fue excepcional. Todo el equipo fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Me hicieron sentir muy bienvenido durante toda mi estancia. "LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Being steps away from the beach you just cant beat that! The staff at the house were amazing and very helpful in keeping everything clean, including the seaweed off the beach. We did the meal service 2 nights and were a bit underwhelmed with the food quality. But the bartender service was totally worth it. The house its self has some wear and tear I feel like could be updated but overall it was a amazing house, location and time spent. We would definitely come back. "

"Amazing property. Super well kept and very clean. Kitchenette had everything you needed you make a simple breakfast and drink coffee out on the porch before walking 30 steps to the beach. Luis, the property manager, was extremely communicative, gave great recommendations, felt like he was invested in our time being the best it could. He was also out every morning at sunrise cleaning the beach and organizing chairs to make sure it was perfect for everyone staying there. I was traveling with my partner. We are in our early 30s and it was exactly what we’re looking for. Not loud at all. A few other people staying there with a similar vibe. Pretty much our own private paradise. The place is on a dirt road that has guards 24/7 that you had to show your exact QR code to to gain entrance making the whole thing feel very safe. The guards were very nice. 10/10. Would definitely come back and encourage everyone we know to stay here. If you’re looking to party, this is not the spot for you. If you are looking for great food nearby, easy access to Tulum downtown, and Cenotes 1000% this is your paradise. "
