“Beautiful little hotel with amazing food. And great service. If you want a romantic getaway this is it.”

“Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.”

“The house and cenote is beautiful.”

“Very nice and accommodating reception staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice to be so close to the Santa with the Tours included.”

“Another great stay at Teetotum, always enjoyable ”

“A rare time when the pictures line up with reality. Our stay was very nice. The place is well run and only a couple years old. The food was great. There weren't many people staying there since we went in slow season (July) so it felt very mellow and private. The beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't swim, but we expected that so it wasn't a disappointment. The beach is very calm and shallow. Excellent location near everything. No more than a 15 minute drive to most of our activities. Highly……

“In Yucatan for a month - this was the best spot we stayed during our trip. Amazing rooftop terrace and kitchen! Love it.”

“This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,……

“I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The pool was refreshing and the location was very save and convenient (close to restaurants, shops, ATMs, supermarkets, etc). The two ladies working the front desk were very attentive and gave me great suggestions on where to eat and how to get around. Even the night security guard took good care of me by making his presence known when I was speaking to a man outside the hotel after an evening out dancing. The room was spacious and clean. I liked the modern……

“We stayed in a beautiful, spacious unit with a large king-sized bed and living room that is impeccably designed. We had a porch that overlooked the pool. The owners were friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The road in is bumpy and full of potholes but they’re no big deal. A great spot!”

“We had a wonderful experience at Kai Tulum! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach and sea were clean, beautiful, and warm — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean. Another big advantage was the nearby Maya archaeological museum, which made the experience even more special for us. The location was excellent, and everything met our expectations. We would definitely recommend Kai Tulum to anyone visiting the area!”
