“The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. ”

“This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive. I slept very well…the bed was very comfortable. Then Matias…he did a video of me that was soooooo beautiful. I mean…I speechless as I came to do absolutely nothing…which is surprising being I always do activities and take pictures. They let me stay a lil longer for my flight. “Hotel is new and perfect. Far from the city,like oasis in the middle of desert. I pretty much liked that vibe to be far. Gladly we rented a car. We only signed for breakfast pack which was amazing. Coffee was really bad but that's in almost all Mexico. Everything else was very thoughtful. Didn't like the rule of not permitted walking barefoot in the dining area which is kinda stupid, because beach is 2 metres away and everyone there is barefoot. And also why would I not want to walk barefoot on……

“Las habitaciones no están listas a tiempo. Te la entregan hasta 1 hora y media después. Ir a cualquiera de sus restaurantes es un desastre. No tienen un sistema o plataforma automatizado, todo lo hacen manual. La hostes es la que te lleva a la mesa y deja desatendida la recepción de los restaurantes. Pésima coordinación en restaurantes. La comida estuvo bien, pero las porciones son muy pequeñas, parece que es un menú de degustación. No regresaría. ”

“Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. Great location. Food and drink are great. A mix of fun and high end cocktails. Cater very well to allergies. ……

“We loved our stay at Villa Pescadores! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Thank you Vic, Bani, Francisco, David, Leo, Miguel, Ezequiel, and many more smiling faces whose name I didn’t catch. The location was peaceful and absolutely stunning. We rented e-bikes on the days we wanted to check out other areas in Tulum. Overall the perfect trip!”
