“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

Food is ok, and drinks are watered down but for an all inclusive, it was expected. Wouldnt stay there again but only because I would explore different properties.”

“Hello, I would just like to say, Akumal Bay Beach and Wellness resort is amazing. The beach was beautiful and clear with a lot of wild life if you love snorkelling. I had the chance to swim with sea turtles, stingrays and a variety of different fishes. The One Man Orchestra played for us on the beach and truly did a great job.
