“Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and……

“Now THIS is a special property. We’ve now stayed in 6 of the Tulum Beach road hotels and this is our absolute favourite. This is an incredibly intimate small boutique hotel with amazing design and attention to detail, absolutely incredible food and the most wonderful team of staff. We were blown away by the service from start to finish. Whilst we stayed at Xela, they arranged for dinner at Nu, private dining on their rooftop to watch the sunset, we got to rescue baby sea turtles and return them……

“The service was amazing and the hotel is beautiful”

“I went with my family, I had made 2 room reservation and paid 260.00per room upfront charged to my credit card. Than when we checked in the front desk said I only had 1 room reservation. I repeatly told her we had 2 rooms. Only gave me 1. We checked all into one room. Than in night we went for dinner and returned back at 10 pm . The resort all dark and the check in girl tells me sorry I was correct that I had 2 rooms. I told her I'm not going to repack and move to room . I asked a refund for……

“This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough……

“The hotel is beautiful, lush and in a great location. The pool could have been cleaner. It was cloudy and needed to be skimmed. Most hotels of this caliber clean their pools every day. This one didn't feel as clean. And then, of course, all the sargassum on the beach made it impossible to use, but that isn't the hotels fault.”

“Place was nice but could’ve been kept better. I got probably over 30 mosquito bites because there was a gap in in the window that couldn’t be covered. The water and electric went out middle of the night before check out, and I found out because my cpap turned off and I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. It was raining hard so in order to get to the front desk from my room I had to walk through ankle height water. It could’ve been easily fixed if they put a drain or something.……

“Hermosa propiedad, habitación acogedora y con un staff excelente! Ubicación céntrica a los mejores restaurantes!”

“A charming stay in Tulum. Clean, excellent food, chill beach vibes, and staff was extremely attentive. David, our fav waiter, knew our names and orders by Day. 2. This is a total gem and I’d come back in a heartbeat!”

“My solo trip to Libelula was incredible to say the least. With tons of beautiful views, located directly on the beach with astounding rooms that capture the essence of a space of relaxation. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff for making this trip one for the books. I 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to Tulum!”

“The hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable. We especially appreciated being able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp at any time and how attentive they were to our needs throughout our stay. The price is definitely worth it, as the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience truly pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast is great!”

“Great place to stay, cozy and quaint with incredible staff. The only issue is getting to and from an airport. They desperately need hotel transport at a reasonable price. Round trip transportation cost and tip was almost $600 USD. It’s a 2 hour ride to the resort from Cancun depending on traffic.”
