The staff was great and the hotel is nice. the the pools are not good no one wants to swim in them not a good design layout. Super small. Coffe is waterdown but that seems to be everywhere in tulum. My wife and I spent the week there and had a great time. The room was very modern and spacious. The staff took great care of us. The room was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great stay. The housekeeping was excellent. The area was great and a short walk to restaurants in Aldea Zama. Again, we had a great stay there.

The rooms and amenities are GREAT! The food was okay, but not very many choices and the taste was edible. The cleaning and front desk staff were helpful and gracious. The dining staff, both for dinner and breakfast di not seem very happy at all. Overall, I would definitely book again.

I was not informed that they had a curfew and that the entrance gate would lock at a certain time. This was very scary for me as I arrived from a night out to find the gate had a lock and chain on it. This was shortly after midnight. I was not able to enter, I called management on what’s app. Eventually someone opened the gate at 6am. I had a penthouse suite and I asked them to reimburse for the night I spent outside. Management did not respond. Be aware
