Couldn't close the door to the balconies from outside and there are lots of racoons that would come by the try to get in, which limited our time we could spend outside without having to constantly watch our door. Right when we got to our room there were dishes sitting on the stairs, they were there for three days before anyone picked them up. Staff was friendly. It was nice being away from technology!

I love azulik, the rooms & views are immaculate. We did have a little issue with decorating our room for my birthday but it was not a big deal. The only thing that was a problem was the WiFi but it is a wellness hotel I was expecting that. Other than that it was amazing!

El hotel es hermoso y acojedor, tiene todo lo que necesitamos para relajarnos y pasar unos dias increibles , todos los empleados fueron muy atentos y educados y Efectivamente el mapache forma parte del hotel como en los otros comentarios, pero no afecto en nada, para nosotros fue parte de la naturaleza . Sin duda alguna volveria a regresar en otra temporada.

The hotel is about 70% closed. Many of the amenities are unusable. The hotel it self is amazing! Not sure how much longer they will be in business, probably 60% of the place in Tulum have closed their doors. Really sad to see. But if you have a chance to stay here, take the risk! We stayed in room 37 and it was amazing short of the no WiFi or cell service. Room was big roomy, and even though I read reviews of no ac or hot water, that was not the case in our stay. 37 shares a pool of that level and views were amazing!!

⭐ 1/5 — Terrible Experience, Not Worth the Price! Extremely disappointing experience at Azulik Tulum. The room was not clean, the bathtub was full of trash, and the air conditioning was set to a fixed temperature that we couldn’t adjust. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting guests. There were also way too many mosquitoes throughout the property. I stayed at Azulik a few years ago, and the experience was much better back then. Unfortunately, the quality of service has significantly declined. Everything comes with an additional charge, yet the service is nowhere near what you’d expect for such an expensive hotel. For the price they charge, the cleanliness, hospitality, and overall experience were unacceptable. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here.

Azulik, un hotel hermoso en arquitectura, extremadamente caro , pero cuando pagas caro por un buen servicio está perfecto, pero pagar miles de dólares por un pésimo servicio, nunca nadie me recibió, nunca se me informó donde quedaba nada, nunca supe bajar a playa, nunca supe que el museo más lindo quedaba separado del hotel y donde bañarse, largas demoras por un desayuno sencillo ,comida extremadamente carísima, falta de detalles en las habitaciones, Si vas por su belleza perfecto , pero si buscas un buen servicio y atención saldrás decepcionado

Come here for the amazing views, incredible architecture, and if you want to spend a lot of money. I was disappointed that there was no wifi in my room and that there is no privacy when showering. I could tell my neighbors were annoyed that they could see me butt naked in the shower. The food was delicious, and service was excellent, especially Keith at Kin Toh. their website boasts 8 restaurants but only two were open, and a clothing boutique that was closed. the room itself was lovely, but the robes provided were covered in stains (one in particular with a giant orange stain on the front that they had folded to cover that part up) and so were the bed sheets. I also had to purchase more water as they only provided 3 small bottles. And the room was unbearably hot even though it seemed air tight. I can’t lie, i was relieved when i got to the next hotel and it had far superior amenities for less than half the price.
