「The staff were very nice and charismatic. There were not a lot of people there which was nice in our opinion. Right in the beach. Beach chairs/beds and a pool right outside. We had our own little patio. There was a little thing of water next the stairs to the patio- I thought it was a bird bath- partner let me know it’s to wash the sand off your feet- simple but I really appreciated it. We always seen somebody cleaning in the distance. It’s walkable. It’s in a sort of gated part of Tulum....

「We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles. The only things we'd have changed was to have the bar and/or restaurant open later so we could grab apps or drinks in the evenings. We were also quite confused...

「This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Amazing staff ready and willing to help plan excursions, rent bikes/scooters, and their Partnering transportation service (5 stars as well). The food at the restaurant was delicious, every inch of the property was just peaceful and serene like being in your own world. Very zen! A great way to unplug from the noise of the world (no tvs) and unwind. Loved our stay. And cant wait to visit again.」
