“Hotel has great potential, but is very poorly managed. This is a very expensive hotel and does not provide a service in line with what is charged. The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not. Additionally, the hotel charges disproportionate prices on everything: transfer from Cancun airport is 3x more than what we paid, a meal is 2x more than any restaurant in the village, a tour to……

“This might be one of the worst hotels in Tulum. The rooms are old and have a musty smell to them with torn curtains on the windows and rusted sliding glass doors with keys that are difficult to open/close. There is no staff onsite before 10 am or after 6 pm, and accessing the property is difficult as you have to use a QR code to go through a turnstile and then through a door that leads you into a "alley" to get inside. There is no real lobby. The two restaurants onsite are grossly overpriced……

“Bring clothes for morning yoga. That was the best surprise. The pool was used in morning for scuba lessons if you're interested. Very good teacher. There's a shared kitchen so you can make your own meals but don't miss out on local exotic cuisine!”
