This property was not only beautiful but extremely convenient for a location. Close enough to the beach and the city, a perfect medium. Bike to the ruins or into the city. Taxi to the beach and they are all easily accessible. The gym and rooftop are beautiful and peaceful. The private pool I had was so nice I can’t wait to come back. They even provide bikes for you to use it’s perfect.

Really nice property and very close to gas station, money exchange, convenience stores, taxi stand, bike and scooter rentals and a few good restaurants. A mile walk to downtown area restaurants and shopping. Property is on a quiet street and just a few meters off the busy road. There are no street lights but felt safe to walk even past 10 at night.

this place was great. easy access, lot of pre arrival communication. they also have bicycles for guests to use at no charge. would stay again. price per night was excellent. no pressure, nobody in your face but always someone around to help or answer question. although it is a condominium they have a restaurant that servers breakfast / brunch. 0800 tp 1400

We spent 4 days at this hotel and not once our room was cleaned, I even sent them a message requesting that the room be cleaned a, new sheet and towels, surprisingly they stopped communicating until we checked out of the room on day 4.

We had a lovely stay at NHOA aparthotel in February. If you book through Expedia, please note you’ll need to reach out directly to NHOA as Expedia does not share guest contacts and the check in process is remote. Once you are in touch directly, Karla was very responsive and it’s very easy to get in and out. The area and the building are both gated with a security guard so it feels very safe. You’re also close to the main road with various resto and café options. Keep an eye out for the entrance as the sign outside is for the larger collection of buildings. The room itself is beautifully appointed and very new and clean, with a small patio (or balcony). The beds were comfy and extra beach towels were provided. My 8 year old enjoyed the pool a lot and the gym looked nice though we didn’t use it. It was generally very quiet but the jack and jill door between the units is not well sound proofed so we did hear some rather private noises from our neighbours! The other thing is that Expedia advertises this as including breakfast which is not even an option! My advice is to book directly with the accommodations as this happened with numerous Expedia bookings on our Mexico trip. I recommend a stay at NHOA!

Great amenities and close to beach/supermarket Most communication thru Expedia portal went unanswered. Recommend direct communication with hotel staff by phone. Lovely pool and roof deck. No hot water in kitchen sink went unaddressed for entire stay. Very basic kitchen setup.

Buen edificio solo que en departamento en donde me quede no está marcado y las instrucciones de acceso no estaban claras y además el último día cortaron la luz sin avisar y el edificio se quedó sin agua así que no pude usar ni la regadera ni el wc.
