「Un excelente servicio」

「The staff was amazing and very attentive! Great customer service and very accommodating. The room was slightly dirty upon arrival, the exterior tub and sheets were slightly dirty. However, given the hotel being in the jungle the lack of cleanliness comes with the territory. Would definitely stay here again, but in a room located upstairs. Amazing and beautiful place.」

「Me encantó el lugar, súper nuevo, creo que recién remodelado los pisos súper lujosos con travertino y mármol y granito, hermoso, todos los utensilios de cocina, listos para poder cocinar, refrigerador impecable, tenían hasta destapa corchos, ollas, sartenes, desafortunadamente no cocinamos, pero hubiera sido buena opción, un comedor para 4 personas, Había muchos mosquitos porque acababa de llover, con un insecticida hubiera sido perfecto, Estaban remodelando y la alberca no estaba en servicio,...

「Fin lägenhet. Dåligt läge på hotellet. Ligger helt off i en gated community. Vår balkong hade läge ut mot en trafikerad gata vilket gjorde att vi inte kunde utnyttja balkongen alls. Inga restauranger i närheten. Dålig frukost. 」

「La única falla fue el minisplit de la habitación 9B. Le urge mantenimiento para que se enfríe más rápido , no está del todo bien. De lo demás, recomendado.」

「I got a room here VERY last minute. The check-in process was extremely easy; they sent you directions to your phone. Then the people at the front desk are very kind and helpful. They took their time to explain the directions we were sent as well. The room itself was extremely clean and comfortable. I could hear the guests next door, but that did not bother me. Overall 10/10 experience. I can't wait to go back!」

「I loved this place, however it would be best if they could offer at least basic coffee in the morning so we don't have to wait until we go out to have coffee. Also, they could add a jacuzzi for the ones that loves relaxing on the jacuzzi like I do even when is very hot」
