“Clean rooms and restaurants, staff is super friendly and helpful on the resort, beach view is iffy and the rooms are far away from the actual beach, weird and gross bathtub on the balcony 😳
Be ready to say no thank you a lot bc while it is AI -- they try to upsell you in all areas : food, massage, stores, etc. It gets quite stressful at times bc they continuously are asking for more money whilw there outside of gratuity.
Beautiful and relaxing place but far from Cabo so be ready to pay for……

“This hotel was 10/10 for us! It's so calm and peaceful. The staff goes above and beyond, and they are so kind. The pools are amazing. You're right next to the beach as well. I went with my young adult kids and they loved it as well. It's a beautiful hotel. It's immaculately clean and right across the street there are several places to eat and shop as well as the restaurants on site. Would definitely go back highly recommend it!! ”
