We were welcomed at the property beautifully. There were drinks available, the check in was smooth and although our ocean view room had 2 giant palm trees blocking the view of the ocean (a little sneaky)— the room was spotless and clean. Now, before I came I did write to them to ask for their help setting up some special things for my sisters birthday. I wrote twice and received no response. Here is what was great: 1) one of the concierges (I wished I remembered her name- maybeMaya? ) was Amazing!! She set us up with a great whale watching tour, made a couple of calls for me, was super professional and delightful… 2) they had a nice bar pool 3) housekeeping staff are amazing. Our room was always cleaned flawlessly and they were super polite and kind. Here is what wasn’t: 1) I asked the concierge to help me find a hairdresser to get my hair done. I asked him for prices and he gave me a range. I was very clear that I My sister and I went to the hairdresser to get our hair one. They did a fine job but the bill came and it was $800. The owner sneaked off and left her receptionist to manage telling us the news. Now shame on me- I should have confirmed pricing when I went in. But when I knew the top of the range- it was inside my budget (it was going to be at the most 250 each) —- when I went to complain at the concierge- he was totally useless. Didn't do anything to help, didnt offer anything to make up for it- and the manager never called me as I requested. .

An Italian restaurant, A Mexican restaurant, a sushi restaurant, Mediterranean restaurant, and an optional steak house (the steak house was extra if you wanted to go there.). There were 2 restaurants open by the pool area each day until 5.

Very nicely maintained facility with a super congenial staff. Even for all inclusive I like to tip the staff but getting change from the front desk was challenging. Really enjoyed our stay.

We received an upgrade to a one bedroom villa upon check in for no additional charge. We thought the food was a few steps above other brand resorts we have stayed at throughout Mexico. We would consider this a premium product. Great restaurant options with good food quality. Stands outs were Peninsula(pan Asian) and Sushi Sky Bar. Try the green curry and gyoza at Peninsula and the tempura blondie at Sushi Sky Bar. The rolls were very good as well. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. We liked that was a good mix of guests from Mexico, EE UU and Canada. Would recommend for couples or families.

I booked an all inclusive stayed at Grand Fiesta because of online booking says that there are 9 restaurants. When we got there they say that there are only 7 restaurants. The food here are not all inclusive, most of the entries are priced and guests if order have to pay the full price of the food. This is for all of the restaurants here at GFA. I thought all inclusive means all the foods are free but they are not, I felt I was duped by coming here. On to of that the phone inside the room didnt even work. I hope they do better by changing the way they do business so they can attract more visitors. Hope they will have better business practices and all will benefits.

Great service, friendly staff, beautiful property and the best food we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive. We loved our ocean front room with a beautiful view of the water, grounds, and sunset. Would definitely go back to Cabo again and stay at this resort!

Rooms felt neglected. Building was so old. The quality of drinks and the buffet food was disappointing that I couldn’t drink anything. The restaurants’ food was good. But in general, the atmosphere of the hotel was very old and it didn’t feel like fun hotel. It’d be definitely better if you choose a little more but go to another hotel. Because this one isn’t worth at all. It was like wasting your money.

Staff was great. Room was adequate but when the floors were wet extremely slippery. My wife fell one night hit her head and ribs. Housekeeping was extremely noisy moving chairs around at all hours.

We had the most wonderful experience during our one-week stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were so humble, always ready to help, and greeted us warmly every single day. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and added so much to the overall experience. The private beach was a highlight — peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The pools were also very well maintained, which made spending time there even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and offered great quality. However, it would be amazing if they could introduce a few new cuisines to create a more exclusive and diverse dining experience. Overall, it was the best time spent. We created such beautiful memories here and would definitely love to come back again!
