“The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. Didn't have to fight for pool chairs. Only complaint is random fees slapped on daily which we were not informed about before hand.”

Destaco la atención especial de nuestro concierge Roberto, y en la alberca Pedro y Servando. Hay gran variedad de restaurantes para cenar aunque el buffet de desayuno es pequeño. Faltaría entretenimiento por las noches. La playa es hermosa y de las pocas donde sí te puedes meter a nadar. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar ahí ”

“A friend asked me if I would recommend the hotel and I was torn, Yes or No Pros: Beautiful hotel, food amazing, and good service. Cons: Booked the Jr. King suite for an average night rate of $1,300+ per night, and all we could hear was the highway. The hotel is behind a busy highway, and room 1223 is not worth paying so much for if you want peace and quiet and want to hear the ocean. We asked to be moved to another room a few times and were told that all the junior suites were on the sides of……

“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……
