One of the room that we stayed in was good. But the room my sister was staying, the shower water was Flowing in the whole bathroom. It was clogged and was smwlling like SEWAGE ‼️‼️ We told two people and no one did anything. When we reported again they said there was no ticket submitted by them. It was so bad that they behaved that way. I was so disappointed. The rooms are like 600$ a night 👎👎👎 We had to use towels to stop the water coming into the bed room.👎👎

Exceptional Hospitality and Family Fun at Hard Rock Los Cabos We recently returned from an incredible stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos and cannot say enough good things about the vibe and the incredible level of service we experienced. If you are looking for a generous, high-energy resort that truly cares about its guests, this is it. Above and Beyond Service Our stay was significantly enhanced by our concierge, Andrea. She was absolutely wonderful—answering every question we had and handling all our activity recommendations and bookings with ease. The highlight for our family was when she went out of her way to set up an ad hoc scavenger hunt for our children. It’s those personal touches that make a vacation memorable! A Dream for Kids (and Parents!) The Kids Club here is easily one of the best we’ve encountered. A massive thank you to Zaida, Pao, Ashley, Sonia, Jacky, and Fabi—our children truly loved every one of them. The club provides a clear schedule of events, making it easy to pick and choose activities. What impressed us most was how the staff kept our 9-year-old fully engaged while simultaneously modifying activities so our 4-year-old could participate right alongside the "big kids." It made for a very inclusive and happy experience for both. Positive: Beautiful property, clean, staff are amazing, pools are nice, food was ok. Our teens had a blast and loved their pizza. The hotel is family friendly and not a huge party vibe. Negative: #1 complaint was all the empty pool chairs saved by people at 7am. On check-in the front desk immediately hand you over to their sales team and push their vacation membership. Hard rock hotel is on the pacific side and it has a little more wind but not bad. It’s an easy taxi ride to the marina.

We stayed here for 9 nights in late March/early April, 2026, a family of 4 with 2 kids, aged 8 & 10. The hotel was excellent, we loved our stay. The room was comfortable, the pools were great, and there was plenty to do as a family. We tried the bowling and one of the escape rooms. We loved all the restaurants, it was nice that you didn't need to reserve them (only 1 requires reservations), we liked the first come, first serve. Lots of bars in the hotel and by the pools, beach is nearby, and the property is beautiful, lively. The music is great - not too loud or obnoxious. Evening entertainment was good too. Our kids enjoyed the kids club and their staff. The only criticism I have is around the resort credits. When we booked, we got $200/day in resort credits but we barely used them, because you still have to pay 35% of whatever service you're getting and it still is quite expensive (massages were $375)- I found the resort credits useless and a bit of a rip off if I'm being honest - So if resort credits is your the tie-breaker for you, don't let it fool you - otherwise, everything else was great, and we'd stay here again.

Overall it was a good trip to thr hard rock. Most employees were very nice and understanding. Most…. Thr pool/towel police were not understanding and had different views on what there jobs were. One day they allowed people to leave towels and belongings to hold and the next day they were enforcing 30 minute mandates to be there or things were removed and sent to lost and found. Two different employees gave us two different explanations. I would have thought they would be on the same page. Then the staff at the front desk were a bit chippy. When we checked in it went very smooth but a few employees during the week weren’t the kindness but whatever, they have right to be rude or nice. My wife cut her leg shaving night before. Went to bed with a bandaid on, the bandaid must have moved mid night and small amount of blood got on the sheet. We were honest and told the cleaning staff. Next thing you know we’re being approached by front staff to sign paperwork to purchase the sheets. Hmmmm, we’ve already spent $5000 to be there and an accident occurred. Ok, we paid it because obviously that sheet was worth more than a happy customer. Next time we will just lie and act like nothing happened. All in all good trip but wouldn’t go back there. Love Cabo but time to try a new place.
