“It was a great experience, and all the staff were very helpful. There are 6–7 pools in total, and one of them has a unique red stone design, which was very impressive. This resort is very kid-friendly, and the food was excellent.
The spa was outstanding — very affordable for the quality of service provided, and honestly, I had never experienced such good service before.

“Want to start off my saying the staff at this resort is top notch .. everyone was very friendly , most would remember your name . Pool - older but never had to fight for a chair , clean .entertainment staff was energetic , hospitable and amazing .. top mentions to Carlos , Carmen , Norma but all were great !
Room - LOVED my marina view which I didn’t think I would enjoy versus ocean but it was incredible .,the first resort the AC was almost Too cold .

“Great location with plenty of safe areas to walk. We ended up taking the shuttle to Sunset most nights for more food options, as the buffet at Rosé was just average. The gyms at both Rosé and Sunset were clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. Beach was nice for swimming!
The biggest downside was the lack of evening entertainment. More music around the pool or beach would have made a big difference. There was only one karaoke night during our nine-day stay.
Overall, a nice place, but……

“We had a wonderful time lounging on the beach & enjoying food & drink service by the beach/pool. The beach is swimmable and fantastic. You can walk to Rose and enjoy all of the amenities there and there’s a free shuttle to Sunset. We did not have a single bad meal. Staff is amazing! It was worth it and we will return!”

“The hotel room was about 100 years old. Has not been updated or renovated in what looks like centuries. Broken shower head, broken faucets, the water came out brown in the tap until flushed out. They “upgraded” us to a jacuzzi suite- but the jacuzzi was filled with moths and didn’t look like it had been cleaned or used for several months. The food was mediocre at best and the service was unbelievably slow. All in all, I was thankful that we only stayed for two nights and not an entire week. ”
