For a resort of this size, the food was pretty good. Not exceptional, but not bad. The breakfast buffet by the beach was our favorite each morning.
The staff was outstanding, especially in the dining areas. Conny, Paola (making crepes), Adeleni, and the sweet little elderly cleaning lady in the beach restaurant buffet, Patricia, were all amazing.
The resort has two huge pools that are much more quiet than the swim up bar pools on the beachfront.
The property is big for a typical Cabo resort, but not too big. There are many activities: shows, RIU themed parties, pool volleyball, beach volleyball, and games throughout the day.
We were a group of eight including family and friends ages 19 to 53. We all had a good time, overall. It was more of a party scene, which half of our group enjoyed, though some of us prefer the more quiet vibe.
We swam in the ocean, but it was definitely more rough than the beach closer to the Marina. However, we walked to the calmer water in about 10 minutes and swam much more easily in that direction.
This was our second time staying at this resort. It’s good if you like high energy, a lot of people and lots of activities throughout the day and night,
