The hotel was spa like and serene. The grounds are immaculate and very well maintained. The hotel staff were kind and very helpful. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The food at the restaurants was very good. The Reserve restaurant stood as exceptional. Pool staff were available to serve drinks and food throughout the day. The personal concierge provided daily updates on activities, weather and remained available to assist with any needs during the stay. I would absolutely stay at the Paradisus when I return to Cabo. The location is on a quiet beach between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. The hotel offered a half day trip to San Jose that is included with the stay at the resort which was a wonderful opportunity to explore that area. I had a wonderful week!

Check in was Terrible . We were Reserve Guests. Jonathon (manager) and Victoria were Awful . They were Rude , Aggressive and Threatening. They need Customer Service Training. Juliet our concierge was our Savior and was Awesome . Property is nice , food is Mediocre, Pool Service was Great. Pedro did a Great Job .

The stay was phenomenal everyone is there to take CARE OF YOU. Always had a drink in my hand snacks ice cream something. All staff was extremely polite they speak both English and Spanish fluent. This was one of the best stays ever in Cabo will be going back for sure

We were so happy with our stay at Paradisus. The architecture is amazing! The resort was beautiful, immaculate and so relaxing. We loved the desert landscape and the zen feeling there. The Asian restaurant was delicious and we really enjoyed the Italian restaurant as well. We loved the fact that you can swim in the ocean. The water was so clear and we were able to snorkel and see some great fish. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent experience at Paradisus All inclusive resort in Los Cabos. The staff was excellent, especially Freddy and Susana. The resort is beautiful and very clean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room we stayed in was close to the highway and our last couple of days at the resort they were doing some maintenance on the roof which was noisy. The food was okay. I didn’t care too much for the drinks, gave me a headache. The excellent staff and their hospitality made trip worth it. The weather was great and we enjoyed our excursions, party boat, city tour, suba diving, cooking class with Francisco, UTV and sky bike.

I stayed at Paradisus Los Cabos to celebrate a milestone birthday, which was clearly noted on my pre-arrival intake form. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. I paid for a Junior Suite Ocean View but was initially assigned a Garden View room. While I expressed interest in learning about the Reserve category, I never confirmed or authorized that booking. Upon arrival, we were taken to the Reserve section and assigned a room with double beds, which was unacceptable for this trip. When I requested the room I originally booked, I was told it was unavailable. After extensive back-and-forth, I was offered a partial ocean-view room with a king bed, but only after being charged nearly an additional $300 USD and waiting for the room to be cleaned. I felt pressured into accepting this due to the lack of alternatives. Once in the room, several issues were immediately apparent: a lamp not plugged in, a disheveled balcony rug, and a shower with fluctuating water temperatures. Although the thermostat read 68 degrees, the room felt warm, damp, and stuffy. Despite paying for an ocean-view category, the ocean was fully blocked by trees and did not match the photos shown online. Cleanliness was a serious concern, including hair on the nightstand and a red pill under the couch, indicating the room was not properly cleaned. For a resort that markets itself as luxury, this experience fell far below expectations and I would not recommend this property

Pool was comfortable with many seating options Staff was always respectful and courteous Food was excellent Entertainment was ok where scheduled events sometimes did not take place Requested a light that went out in bathroom to be fixed and it never happened leaving the bathroom dimly lit But overall would highly reccomend

Being 85 years old, I do not require a lot of attention or need to be entertained. There was more to do than I had time for. The food was exceptional. The service was above expectation. both the service people and other tourists were all extremely friendly. Never met a grumpy person. Thank you so much.

The rooms are amazing! Spend the money and get Reserve status for discounted tours and excursions. The food was great with many options. Plus, you don’t hear screaming kids. Anywhere. Paradisus exceeded expectations. Gracias Por todo!!

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The room and entire property was clean, well furnished and up-to-date. We had great pool-side service from Max! The pool is not heated, which was much needed, as the water was too cold to enjoy. The food was a bit hit-or-miss... in some cases delicious food, but poor service. In other cases, excellent service, but food was just okay. We had a great time enjoying some of the activities - NYE party, casino night, etc. A little more nightlife would be good - things seemed to get quiet pretty early. We slept well, ate and drank well, enjoyed the beautiful scenery and had no major issues, so overall a very nice stay.

Just got back from our 3 night stay, sadly we were disappointed. We are VIP Expedia members & on the site when you book it says you get $200 resort credit & $120 spa. Come to find out it’s really just a coupon book they can offer you, & we had to ask twice about it. We were supposed to get a bottle of wine in our room, had to ask multiple times & finally got it on the last day. Many times when ordering at the restaurants they were out of items, and when you did order the food was slow to come. It seemed they were understaffed, our pool order was completely forgotten once. We come to Cabo yearly and wanted to try a new resort, this was not a good choice.
