The room, the staff and the price were very good. The food was the weakest part. The choice of Mexican food was almost non existent. I dont know why so many resorts have "international cuisine". I'd really like great Mexican food in Mexico! the extra ac tidies that they advertise were also not very good - yoga on the beach, archery and volley ball. But the location and beach is great and the overall cost is much more affordable that most of the competition.

El servicio de los agentes de Expedia dentro del hotel (especialmente de Gabriel y de Diana) es espectacular. De igual manera el personal de prevención (Jimena) sabe dar un excelente servicio. Una de las áreas de mejora que tiene el hotel es el servicio en los restaurantes (son excesivamente lentos en el servicio).

Great service. Music is a bit loud esp in the main pool, a bit quieter in the adult Altitude pool (but would be nice to be quieter). Swim out rooms in Altitude are awkward to get to the lounge chairs - need to go through the pool or climb up from the other side. Food and sevice in Altitude restaurants was excellent.

We just got back home. Loved the free upgrade for my husband’s birthday. The pool concierge Yolanda was the best. She made sure we were well taken care of daily with our cabana ready each day. Julian at the adult pool was great. He always made sure we were well feed and our drinks remained full. We had two little snags to our trip. But the staff took care of our issues. The service was great and a place to consider if going away with your family.

Our room was clean and enjoyed the beach view. Our kids also had a fantastic time at both the kids' pool and the family pool. We were satisfied with the quality of the food and drinks provided. Our stay at Krystal Grand Los Cabos was exceptional from start to finish. My wife and two kids truly enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was welcoming, the drinks were well-crafted, and the Grill restaurant stood out as a highlight with excellent quality and service. While the buffet could use some improvement, it did not take away from the overall experience. What made the trip even more memorable was the outstanding staff—their professionalism, attentiveness, and hospitality did not go unnoticed. Overall, a fantastic family getaway, and we look forward to returning.

My daughter and I had so much fun on our two short days at this lovely, beachy, fun resort. The staff was friendly and helpful at every step of the way, the grounds were beautiful, the food was tasty and plentiful and the activities were really fun (or it was also lovely to sit back and do nothing). No lo recomendaría, estuve en una habitación “garden view” pero la ventana daba vista al igual que todas las garden view a un feo pasillo, por lo cual tenes que dejar las cortinas cerradas y el cuarto es húmedo, en el restaurante buffet siempre estaban las palomas comiéndose las sobras en la mesa. Gabriel from Concierge was very kind and helped me through our stayed, he setup dinner reservations for my family and more. Food and drinks were great. Staff very friendly. One suggestion lunch should be offered at a la cart restaurant as well not just at the buffets.

Food is awful. If it’s not awful, it’s cold. Pool bathrooms always a mess. No chairs avail. No chairs on patio but thatsnok, the wall is too high to see over anyways. No bacon. They “ration” it, if u want to stand in the long omelette line to ask for it. Ridiculous. Same food over and over. Won’t be back.

We truly appreciated the overall friendliness and professionalism of the staff during our stay. Nearly everyone we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. There was one individual at the café whose demeanor felt uncharacteristically rude, but aside from that isolated experience, the rest of the team was warm and accommodating. We also recognize that the staff made sincere efforts to assist us during a few unexpected situations throughout our stay. However, in several instances, we found that we needed to follow up multiple times before receiving the help or resolution we initially requested. While the outcome was often positive, the process could have been smoother and more proactive. The resort itself is visually appealing, with a thoughtful and attractive design. That said, the online photos create an impression that feels more elevated than the reality. The pool area, while nicely designed, did not seem adequately sized for the number of guests. It was often difficult to find seating, and the need to pay extra for cabanas—combined with a lack of available chairs—was disappointing and detracted from the experience. The beach is undeniably beautiful, as is common in Cabo. However, it is important to note that swimming is not feasible in this area due to strong currents, which is typical for most beaches in the region except for places like Chileno Beach where snorkeling is possible. One recurring concern was the presence of unpleasant sewer-like odors
