The rooms are very nice . Checking in most staff was pleasant the girl we had seemed bothered but we had to wait for our room so when we can back another lady helped she was more welcoming and helpful. The staff at the bars were very nice and friendly. The food was okay the down fall was each restaurant had a limited menu not too many choices compared to others we have visited. The staff that made our trip memorable was Roberto , Jesus, Carla, Randi & Lucy . They went out of their way to make our visit extra special!

This property is immaculate. Very well manicured and maintained around the clock.The entire staff wals very nice and professional. No matter where we went on the resort they called us by name and was willing to do anything to make our stay pleasant. The only thing I would change is booking more days to stay. My wIfe and I cant stop thinking about this place.

The staff and facilities are great, super nice place to visit. The rooms were fantastic, and very well decorated. The food was mostly what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort; in other words, it left something to be desired, but not to the point where it hurt the trip. Would absolutely go again!
