Exceptional service, the best in Mexico in the same class. You will never here “No” from staff anything you want and need they will make it happen. Carlos, the pool bartender made the best palomas and mezcalitas, Ruben was always there to make sure we get everything we need, our concierge Eric and Ana were exceptional. Lastly, Cynthia’s early moryyoga class at the gym deck was amazing. Top notch restaurants, wonderful spa and amazing coffee and all this is part of all inclusive.

Our stay was spectacular from beginning to end. The atmosphere, service, dining, pools, poolside service, and drinks all exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, and the dinner restaurants were excellent. Special thanks to the concierge team, especially Erick and Anna, whose helpfulness, professionalism, and thoughtful recommendations made our vacation even more enjoyable and stress-free. Their hospitality truly stood out. The main area for improvement is the breakfast buffet, which felt average compared with the rest of the resort and the standards of a five-star property. The selection and variety were limited, and more fresh, high-quality options would greatly enhance the experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the property. Improving the breakfast would make an already excellent experience truly exceptional.

Our stay at Grand Velas was truly top-notch! Right from the start, the pre-travel concierge made planning effortless. Once we arrived, our onsite concierges, Atenas and Santiago, took incredible care of us—their attentive, friendly service made us feel completely spoiled throughout the whole trip. The staff across the property are so warm and welcoming, and the resort is impeccably clean. As vegetarians, we were super impressed by the food options! Dining at an all-inclusive as vegetarians can be hit or miss, but Grand Velas went above and beyond with delicious vegetarian options at almost every spot. The only disappointing experience was at Frida's —the food was average and the service was just okay (we told our waiter we were vegetarian and he proceeded to tell us about the most popular dishes, none of which were vegetarian! Every other dining experience was flat-out amazing! Definitely recommend the tasting menu at the Michelin star restaurant Cocina de Autor! Also, do not skip the spa! The water ceremony is an absolute must—seriously, make sure you do it. The rooms are huge, super comfortable, and come with gorgeous ocean views and well-stocked amenities. Overall, we had an unforgettable vacation. Highly recommend Grand Velas to anyone looking for a fabulous getaway, and we will definitely be coming back!
