「I am incredibly disappointed in the staffs assistance. We gave our bags to the bellhop since we had to check out early and when we needed our bags we waited for 40 minutes, asking help from the front desk, and no one to get our bags making us miss our shuttle. When asking for help from the concierge she says “I don’t know what to tell you. You should have been at your bags earlier.” Incredible disappointing and what a sour note to leave our trip on. 「El hotel es fabuloso. Aislado del bullicio, las habitaciones limpias y de tamaño adecuado con vistas espectaculares, personal muy amable en todos los restaurantes. Albercas solo 2 pero suficientes y limpias. El Spa no lo conocí. Pero me quedo con una muy buena experiencia y muchas ganas de regresar」
