“The hotel is beautiful. We had a room with pool access, which was amazing. The room was small, but clean and nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The only thing that we thought was odd was that half the pool area was reserved only. We found this out the hard way when we grabbed two lounge chairs and were told to move. But my girlfriend had given money to a member to watch our spot so we could go back to the room really quick, and he took the money. He never mentioned that the chairs were……
