「Cómo, limpio, seguro pequeño detalle pasamos a desayunar a las 10:05 y el desayuno no lo quisieron validar ya que es hasta las 10:00 am, no como en otros que es hasta las 10:30 deberían de estandarizar en todos los City los horarios. El cobro en el restaurante se me hizo doble aún tengo que realizar aclaración con mi banco.」

「I don’t think I can put into words how amazing, incredible One & Only palmillas was. From the Acienda feel, to the amenities, the food, the atmosphere and most importantly the staff. Isaac and Hector where our butlers. I can’t express enough how incredible they were. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home. One & Only palmillas has a life long customer with my wife and I. I can not wait to go back. The only moment we were both sad was when we had to leave. Los queremos mucho! 」

「Great accommodation, felt like an oasis in the middle of the busy city. Ideal if your plans mostly include trips out of the harbor as you are 5 min away. Also ideal for great restaurants all in walking distance. Property has a small pool and feels like you are immersed in true Mexico which I love. Property managers were lovely too. 「So we stayed in the condo side of the property. Without purchasing the day pass for $120USD you only had access to the pool everything else would have been a separate fee. That was not mentioned in the booking . It was still a good deal to pay for the day pass at the hours of 9-5pm and just make sure to take extra snacks for later in the evening. With the day pass we had access to all the amenities」

「Wir waren 2 Wochen dort. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und nett. Handtücher gibts am Pool. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!」

「Loved the central location. The staff made us feel like family. Always friendly and eager to help. Great to have an in house restaurant when we didn't want to leave and go out. You must try the chooxlate chicken!」
