Well here we go. We were given a room with a broken air conditioner and a malfunctioning ceiling fan. After advising the front desk, we were accused of breaking the actual air conditioning unit and mistreating the fan. After we were relocated to a different room upon several request And several hours later, we were given a room that could only be accessed by taking the elevator to the second floor on the other side of the hotel or walking upstairs for flights. Once we got our second room, we’re only given one key card access to the room which 24 hours later did not work. So we had to hike back to front desk And ask for a new key card. I wrote a small snippet of what was occurring on your Expedia site and within 10 minutes, I had the manager and security in my room trying to figure out why I was so disgruntled. I felt intimidated. I felt threatened. I felt as though we were not safe in that hotel. Not making that part up I have the video of the manager and security guard in our room. Not to mention housekeeping had thrown away my medication’s that were on the bathroom counter. There was no trashcan at all in that room so I had to place the trash somewhere so I put it in the bathroom sink in hopes that they would throw that away. Last night we came to our room and we found the dirty Q-tips that we had left in the sink sitting on top of our toothbrushes. Totally disgusting. Compensation was offered, but never followed through.
