“We rented the house for a week and our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, and has everything. Everyone had a beautiful bedroom and private bath. Our concierge was incredibly helpful and super responsive and the chef he helped us hire prepared amazing food. The housekeeping crew was incredibly efficient and discrete and the butler took exceptional care of us. Everyone wanted to come back next year! It was everything we wanted and more. Thank you much!!”

“Loved the place!! Large comfy space. Rooms were nice and cleaned. Upon arrival the air conditioner in master bedroom was not working but Federico was on it! Once it was fixed it was perfect. They greeted us with some cold beer with chips and salsa. The only down fall was the walk down the pebble stone streets to go into town. We had to take an Uber when we left the property because there were Six girls in heels =) other then that I highly recommend the view was beautiful at night. I would……

“We loved everything about it. Perfect getaway and had everything we needed. The pool bar was such a bonus with breakfast and lunch and the local market was so convenient. There was a slightly hidden walkable cafe that was really good called Time and Co for breakfast/lunch too. The patio was heaven and we were able to fall asleep and wake up to the ocean noise every night. Hope to come back some day. Thanks for the wonderful stay.”

“There were ten of us and the house was perfect! We saw whales from the club house every morning around 7am. We had the chef come in three times and the food and margaritas were really good! There is a grocery store across the street from the gate entrance that we got our supplies from. We had to cross a busy street but it was very convenient. Went into town once which was only 10-15 min ride. We loved being on the rooftop at night under the stars! We will definitely be coming back!!”

“We know the Estancia property well and really enjoyed staying at this Estancia unit in Cabo. Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus! Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes. Our kids loved……

“40th birthday party for my boyfriend with all of our closest friends. The home was absolutely beautiful, very open and spacious for everyone. The indoor outdoor living was perfect for us. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We loved that we could easily walk to the marina at night or catch a quick cab to downtown if needed. Would absolutely stay there again!!”

“Fernando and Cathy were wonderful hosts. Fernando picked us up from the airport and took us shopping before heading to the apartment. He hung out at the supermarket in case we needed help and helped bring our bags up to the apartment. The space was clean and had wonderful views of Monuments beach and El Arco. We spent more time on the public beach next door because we enjoyed watching the surfers and the sunsets. Would definitely book again. It felt like we were visiting Cabo with knowledgeable……

"MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and they were speaking to each other in Spanish in a very panicked manner; the one at the door was telling the other lady to hurry up. Once I entered, they quickly rushed out of the room. When I realized my money was stolen in the morning of the day we were checking out, I finally made the connection of what had happened that day when they tried to stop me from entering the room, and how they were the only possible suspects of stealing $500 out of my wallet. We submitted a claim with the hotel while we were checking out, and have never heard since. They promised they would investigate the situation and reach out to us. It's been a whole month and we haven't heard anything. DO NOT recommend your friends and family to stay at this location! We will definitely not be coming back. "
