Staff was great, everything else wasn’t. We did not get the room we booked, gym was crowded, pool situation sucked. People go down and put towels on chairs at 7am and then show up around 12-1pm. There are signs that say you can’t leave your stuff unattended for more than 30 min but that’s not enforced. There was construction going on that was loud and annoying while at the pool. Food was ok. Overall just ok. Would not recommend and would not go back.

Check in was a complete NIGHTMARE! Even though I paid for the “Rock Royalty” upgrade, our room was not ready (even though we arrived after 3pm), staff tried to upsell me on a rooftop suite, and when I declined the upgrade I was told to return in an hour and wait in line AGAIN! Imagine my pleasure upon arriving in our room to find no hot water and a clogged shower drain that flooded the room. Between the ridiculously long check in and waiting for maintenance to fix our shower clog and flooded room, we lost several hours of “vacation” time. The room was spacious and offered double sinks, an espresso maker, mini fridge, robes and slippers. Although there is no shower glass or curtain, so it’s a wet mess everywhere every day and a slipping hazard in the bathroom. The upside is the staff is very kind (shout out to Dustin, Karen, and Andy!) and they really work hard. The property is very loud with multiple speakers playing different music at the same time. You have to get up at 6am to find a pool chair if you want any chance of having a seat. Even when I did that, some teens stole our seats and towels. Horrible breakfast buffet. However, our dinners at Zen and Ciao were good. Overall, I don’t think we will return. Although, I did appreciate having meals and drinks included since Cabo has become increasingly more expensive.

Todo fue genial, pero tuvimos una experiencia increíble en el bar Moonlight sin duda lo mejor de la noche fue Estefanía. Property was good, location is far from the airport, I strongly recommend you a car rental, we used a taxi at the hotel and driver wasn’t very kind, room was spacious and terrace had a great view to the pool. They don’t have ice machines so you have to request room service if you need ice, Umo and Toro restaurants were great.

Se debe de considerar que se debe de tener cuatro años para poder dejar a tu hijo en el Kids Club, también que hay muchos limitantes de estatura como en la toboganes para los niños. En el ingreso deberían decir que si se pierde el la tarjeta de entrada a tu habitación tiene un costo de $75, ya que eso no se me dijo. Y lo más importante de todo es que sabiendo que la alberca es de las áreas más importantes de un hotel, donde la mayoría de la gente pasa bastante de su tiempo hay un déficit de camastros y de personal que hace que la atención sea muy lenta y de muy poca calidad en los alimentos. Hay una falta increíble de camastros y de sombrillas, lo que te hace estar en el sol aunque pidas encarecidamente una sombrilla no hay forma de qué te cumplan esa solicitud

I don’t know Spanish, and most staff don’t speak English, so that got interesting sometimes. There is no ability to get in the ocean anywhere around here. There’s construction going on a LOT. The noise at night was out of control! Gorgeous property, places needing reservations were great but it’s the same thing daily. Buffet especially:( very windy all day every day! It’s a one and done kind of place for me for sure!

It was a great experience, and all the staff were very helpful. There are 6–7 pools in total, and one of them has a unique red stone design, which was very impressive. This resort is very kid-friendly, and the food was excellent. The spa was outstanding — very affordable for the quality of service provided, and honestly, I had never experienced such good service before. I would definitely go back and stay at this resort again because the staff, food, and overall service were amazing. They also have night shows that are enjoyable for both kids and adults. Another thing I appreciated was that the staff were not pushy about tips.

Our recent stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos was spectacular. The hospitality here is world-class, and the staff is incredibly accommodating, ensuring every part of our trip was seamless. A very special thank you to our concierge, Diego. He was phenomenal—detailed, gracious, and proactive. Diego handled every request with such care and professionalism that it truly elevated our entire experience. The Culinary Experience The food throughout the resort exceeded our expectations. We had several standout dining experiences: * The Market: This was the highlight of our trip. The selection and quality were exceptional. Honestly, it’s so good it should be open all night! * Toro and Zen: Both were great options for dinner with fantastic atmospheres and high-quality dishes. * Breakfast at Ciao and Umo: A perfect way to start the day. Both spots offered delicious variety and great service. * Room Service: Even the in-room dining was impressive—the food arrived fresh, hot, and was consistently good. Overall, the resort provides a luxury experience with a genuine human touch. We can’t recommend it enough and look forward to returning.

Clean rooms and restaurants, staff is super friendly and helpful on the resort, beach view is iffy and the rooms are far away from the actual beach, weird and gross bathtub on the balcony 😳 Be ready to say no thank you a lot bc while it is AI -- they try to upsell you in all areas : food, massage, stores, etc. It gets quite stressful at times bc they continuously are asking for more money whilw there outside of gratuity. Beautiful and relaxing place but far from Cabo so be ready to pay for rides if you want to get off site and explore.

The food was great, best of any all inclusive resorts that we’ve been to. The rooms were clean. Entertainment each night was engaging. More wind on this side of Cabo. No complaints at all about the hotel.
