“The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. ”

The room had a COMFY bed with soft sheets which is so important to me to have a relaxing time while I travel. The room was spacious and beautiful. “Room (2bdrm) was very nice and spacious with a full size jacuzzi on a large balcony. They had a really nice charcuterie board and good bottle of wine waiting when we arrived! Restaurant downstairs was pretty good, highlight was the ice cream which was amazing. It has an ocean view but it’s not oceanfront, probably the only downside we found. But great for families based on the size of the room. Would return.”

“This resort needs better food and service time. For a resort as beautiful as this I was expecting a much better food experience. Things sounded super extravagant in the menu and then you would get your food and it was a huge let down. I have a pretty easy to please palate but I would not go here again based on the food and wait times for poolside service. Especially when you pay over $200usd per adult if you do all inclusive. Of you don’t do all inclusive the prices are insane. We could……
