“Stayed in a penthouse. It was cleaned ok but not great. Cleaning services were random and it could have been better. Food was ok for breakfast and lunch. Dinner menu was much better. This is one of the resorts where you get pushed with time share or another way of selling properties which was not expected. Overall score 8 of 10, but probably would not book another vacation there again.”

“The room is clean. A terrace bar right outside my room. Quite convenient if you are lazy to walk out for drinks; you can just grab one at the bar. The noise doesn’t bother much coz the bar closes at 11pm. Good location, easy walks to the marina, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The air-conditioner is noisy and filter needs to be cleaned though. Considering a hotel room on a budget, this is a very good choice.”

“We got to the hotel at 12pm with a toddler who was up since 3:30am. They wouldn’t let us check in until 4pm. They didn’t even make an effort to help us with 30-40 minutes before. We had to sit in a hospitality suite with poor air conditioning, and an empty fridge. There are no activities for kids in this hotel. One day someone did crafts with my child out of the 7 we stayed there. The food was also whatever, it took at minimum an hour to get it brought to our table. No music and no speakers……

“Noisy by traffic during the night in the road side room”

“I would have given it a perfect 5 stars but the bartenders would not customize my drinks to my specifications. They cited having to follow their own recipe for inventory purposes. I loved their mezcalitos and margaritas. But their daquiris and pina colada were not creamy or sweet enough for my American palette. The best part was how cold the air conditioning was in the 6 bed dorm room. Not even the mall (undergoing construction) was as cold. Please make sure to wear sunscreen (especially on……

“I did a solo birthday trip here and I loved every second of it of it. The staff was so accommodating and made me feel so welcomed. I felt absolutely safe. The hotel is in a great location to everything - the beach is on site, you can walk to the marina, and downtown. I have absolutely zero complaints and would definitely come back here again”
