"We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. "

"This is a beautiful hotel that you can relax in the central yard. Very unique bathrooms and the room has a fridge. I would definitely stay here again. Plus, it is right next to SeeCreatures!"

"It was a fun place; it's a party place is why we picked it. Our teenagers graduated so they were looking for a fun place. It has a great nighttime club and a cool sports bar. I would go if you are looking to party. The food was ok; service was really good. I would stay there again for sure."
"The room was excellent! Very spacious, clean, modern, bed was very comfortable.
Everything about the hotel was excellent with the exception of the food. Food was ok. It needed more variety at the buffet specifically. They need more restaurants cause wait time was often long. Didn’t like the hostess service at the Turtle restaurant. They were not friendly at all. Drinks were good quality though.
And I LOVED cup cake cafe. From the decor to the colors the quality of the coffee, the service was excellent and the view was beyond breath taking!

Rooms were nice, but AC definitely did not keep up well with the heat - room never cooled down even with the curtains kept closed and the ceiling fan on. It was SUPER hot out though, so not sure there was much that could be done. Overall we loved this resort and would 100% stay there again. "
"I really love the ambiance has a very Mexican look. Everyone was super nice very close to the clubs and restaurants. I walked about 18 min back to hotel at night and felt safe. The only thing I would take away is that I would have liked to listen to more Latin music in this resort, I didn’t like that they had a live band playing only Yt American music . They should embrace the culture I came here to enjoy Latin America not North America (pop) I understand that the majority but hey they here to enjoy Mexico "
