“Our room was great, with a beautiful view. We loved have the hot tub on the balcony. Liked that it was close to downtown and Walmart. Staff and service were good except for the few times they tried to get us to their timeshare presentation but they backed off once we stood firm on not being interested. Never had an issue finding a lounge chair at any of pools and access to the beach was easy. Also the spa and their staff was really great. Will definitely be going back. ”

“MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and……

“The rooms were clean, had great views of the resort, and were spacious for the two of us. We appreciated the multiple check ins by hotel staff to ensure we had everything we needed. There were multiple areas to enjoy the pool and to have either a quiet area or more lively area. The food was A++++ for all meals. ”

“Our stay was a 5 out of 5. Rooms are exceptionally clean, grounds are kept in perfect condition. Rooms are beautiful and bed is very comfy. Food is really good everywhere you go in resort and out of resort. It is a great stay for both couples and families. Can have quiet or more excitement depending on where you are. Beach is lovely with very comfy chairs and staff is friendly and there to help. I would return in a heartbeat! Only comment - the music playing outside our room from 9am to 9 pm……

All the activities and games definitely make the time go by quickly and the drinks are excellent. Mauricio who welcomed us and set us up with Resort credits and presentation was a huge help and support with things Resort and non-resort related.”
