We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel staff, seemed overly focused on promoting timeshare properties, which left a negative impression. Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again. 我们订的是全包式。入住的时候告知晚餐需要先预约，问哪一家餐厅晚上可以吃海鲜龙虾的，结果去到餐厅所有的龙虾都需要额外付费。早餐是自助餐，选择也不多。唯一值得赞许的是员工的服务态度不错。另外这个地区的所有旅游相关从业人员包括酒店的服务人员都在推销售卖timeshare酒店。感觉不好，不会再来这家酒店了。

There were pros and cons at this property. Great access to stores, the mall, different restaurants and the marina. Very busy area with lots of people approaching you for tours as well as to purchase things.

The spa was quite good. The location on boardwalk is convenient. The pool was clean. The hot tub was only luke warm. They try to sell you a time share when you go to check in. Also, they don't tell you when you check in that there's a service charge to clean your room, and an environmental/local tax per day, until you go to check out. The shuttle back to the airport only goes a few times per day and we had to get a taxi to catch our flights, which also was not made clear when we booked and checked in.

Positives: location!! Close walking distance to everything. Clean room , Pool waterwas nice temp Negatives: super hard bed. We had to take the thin mattress off of the couch and put it on the bed to get a little cushion. Water temp was hard to regulate in shower and water pressure wasn’t very good. Pool was nice but needed updated with adding steps down to pool. Not a very kid friendly pool. There needs to be someone there to monitor chairs. People would put towels on chairs by 7:30 am and not get in the chairs until close to 1 pm - leaving others with nowhere to sit.

We were taken to their newer resort per their request and offered a financial amount to stay there. They wanted to showcase their newest hotel I'm assuming. Kadun. It was very nice and modern. Did address a smell in one room and quickly changed us to another. It was very nice and updated.

This is actually a review of Kadun Boutique Hotel which is a sister property of Marina Fiesta and Hacienda Encantada Resort. The confusion and chaos surrounding the winter storm Fern resulted in my departure flights being cancelled and rescheduled for two days. I arrived at Marina Fiesta to find that my reservation had been cancelled due to “no show”. The front desk was very understanding but explained that the Marina Fiesta was now sold out. After some deliberation, they offered me accommodation at their sister property Kadun which was a couple blocks away. The offer included the all inclusive option which I had not purchased in my original reservation. All this sounded great so they transferred me to Kadun which was a brand new property having been opened in Dec 2025. The staff was immediately welcoming and were sincerely attentive my entire stay. The facilities are beautifully appointed and maintained religiously. The restaurant, pool bar, and coffee nook serve at a very high quality and embellish everything with a flair. I was dumbfounded with my luck and had no regrets about not staying at the Marina Fiesta. I would rank Kadun among the best hotels in the area.

Room was clean, staff was accommodating. All inclusive, isnt all inclusive at this resort. The resort doesn’t specify which frozen drinks aren't all inclusive. Same with certain meals and their restaurants. Because restaurants are also open to public, the staff didn’t really provide the best service. In half full restaurants always felt like we were being rushed out. Would not recommend paying for all inclusive, not sure we broke even on the deal.

We thought we were staying at the Marina Fiesta Resort but we ended up actually booking at the Kadun Hotel is apparently a sister hotel. At first I was a little frustrated, but the Kadun Hotel was very nice, and they gave us a $100 resort credit for the mix-up. We didn't have too much time to stay but we loved the time that we were there. Will definitely come back when we are in town..

We did not get to stay at the Marina Fiesta. They sent us to Kadun Hotel and gave us money back. It was nice but not where we was wanting to stay. We paid for the Marina Fiesta . Everyone was nice and we got to use facilities at Marina Fiesta . It was a 10 min walk to it.

They were not very welcoming. On top of that they lied and said we didn't book all inclusive and we did. They overbooked us and had us stay at their sister resort which didnt have as many amenities. They told other people it was an air-conditioning problem when in fact they overbooked. Just a mess!

It was great! We briefly were sentt to a sister location, but we complained and spent 4 of our 7 nights at the Marina. Rooms were great, location is wonderful and staff were awesome!

I came back to stay there after 29 years because I knew it would still be the best spot on the Marina. It’s beautiful and the staff is nice and the rooms are a gym for the price.

When we arrived Marina Fiesta staff told us we would need to relocate a to another hotel further away from the Marina. They said they had water issues but speaking to others that was moved they given other information. Seems to they over booked. All they offered me and my kids were $200 credit. Never booking this hotel again.
