The best parts were the pool and the view from the room. The room was alright but if you want a balcony that's substtialy more $ and then you can compare to all inclusives. Worst for last is the loud music from the bar outside. Bring earplugs.

the hot tub was same temp as the pool. cushions on pool need new covers. There need to be kinder regards to support dogs, and less fee at end if you left a stain on the sheets, that will wash out, charge from 75 dollars usd , I complained and reduced to fifty dollars usd. was light pink drainage from a medical procedure. washes out completely. Loved the location

The cleaning staff was exceptional , joanna was the most pleasant person. The greeting guy daniel fantastic every visit. The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade the furniture in the suits , worn outand uncomfortable. Cutlery was not acceptable. I would stay again no questions asked! The property is nice in downtown cancun. Note it is connected to a mall and there are stores/bars/restaurants close by because this is not an all inclusive stay. there’s no bar nor restaurant within the hotel. Staff is nice and helpful. I would stay here again. Room is nice and spacious (I stayed in a king size balcony by myself).

Loved everyone about this accommodation. The room is comfortable. The balcony is spacious with amazing views! The jacuzzi was perfect to end my night with, especially with the night time views. It was absolutely perfect and a great highlight. I love that the mall was next door! I was given an access key to quickly get into the mall. So many food options to choose at great prices. I highly recommend this one for sure!
