The best parts were the pool and the view from the room. The room was alright but if you want a balcony that's substtialy more $ and then you can compare to all inclusives. Worst for last is the loud music from the bar outside. Bring earplugs.

The staff refused to give new bath towels and responded don’t you already have some (we were here for days with no new towels). There was a black substance that was all over my sheets every day. The soap dispensers weren’t refilled when they cleaned the rooms and were not full upon arrival so we ran out day 3. The infinity pool is NOT an infinity pool it’s just a rectangular pool with dirty glass and dirty chairs. Pool towels were not always available. The building across that is a part of the view is COVERED in graffiti but that is not in the pictures they advertise. The carnival across the street was very loud and we could hear it. The shutters on the balcony didn’t close and some of the hot tub jets did not work. Not worth the money at all. You only get one room key even if you have 2 guests and you have to give your room key in order to get any pool towels so you can’t even get back to your room.

This is a terrible place and would never recommend it to anyone. The bathroom was not clean. The shower had water streaks all over the glass and the shower rod was rusty. The fridge had rust on it in numerous places inside and out and had mold on it as well. The couch was dirty looking and not comfortable. The closet door was not operable. They also charge for someone to just come and visit and talk for a couple hours even if they are not staying in the room!! Who does that?! This place is absolutely ridiculous. They do not know about customer service. Trying to get it all figured out there is no manager to talk to, to rectify the situation and going back and forth to get it fixed. It was completely unacceptable for us and they will not refund our money. I am not staying in a place that is unsatisfactory and dirty. They did not even offer another room, so we had to find another place at the last minute to stay. I should not have to be forced to stay at a place that is unsatisfactory and not clean like we expect and not get even a partial refund. I was fine to pay a "penalty fee" but they will not even except that and refund me the rest. I recommend not to stay here. I have been to Cancun several times and will never recommend or stay here ever.

the hot tub was same temp as the pool. cushions on pool need new covers. There need to be kinder regards to support dogs, and less fee at end if you left a stain on the sheets, that will wash out, charge from 75 dollars usd , I complained and reduced to fifty dollars usd. was light pink drainage from a medical procedure. washes out completely. Loved the location

To begin with, the room was not properly cleaned, and the air conditioning emitted an extremely unpleasant musty smell. They never provided us with clean towels or extra toilet paper, even though they saw that we had children and that we were staying there for a couple of nights. The worst part was the mistreatment by the staff. We identified Lazaro, one of the security guards who yelled us and insulted us with false accusations. I will never return to this hotel, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

However, the hotel was extremely frugal with towels and toiletries. We had to call multiple times just to receive additional or basic supplies. It’s common sense that if there are two adults in the room, there should be two full sets of towels. Each time I called the front desk, I was questioned about why I needed extra, which was frustrating and unnecessary. The only time the room was fully stocked and thoroughly cleaned was after I left a tip. While I understand tipping for exceptional service, I should not have to tip daily just to receive basic housekeeping and adequate supplies. The room was already paid for, and standard service should not be conditional.
