We had an amazing stay at this resort and would absolutely come back! The property is beautifully laid out—spacious and never felt crowded, yet still very easy to get around, which made everything super convenient. The food exceeded our expectations with a huge variety of options. While a couple of the buffets were just okay, there were so many great choices that we always found something we loved. What truly made this trip stand out was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. A special shoutout to Enrique and Eduardo at the Lively pool bar and Mana from the entertainment team—they brought such great energy every day and made the experience so fun and memorable! The resort was spotless and very well-maintained, and there was truly something for everyone. The entertainment was fantastic for all ages, which made it perfect for our group. Also, working with Go Majestic for transportation and excursions was incredibly easy and seamless, which took a lot of stress out of planning. Overall, this was such a fun, relaxing, and memorable trip—we can’t wait to come back!

A great hotel with great staff! Food at the buffets was delicious with a good variety. The staff also make the Majestic Elegance an amazing hotel to stay at. Special thanks to the animation team for the fun, entertaining events that they work so hard on putting together. Krystel from guest services looked after us during our stay with check ins every day to see if we needed anything and provided us the list of events for the day. Pao and Mana from the animation team taught us some Spanish and were very friendly. The bartenders were also fantastic with the drinks they made. My family and I will be back.

The airport is very busy, and the directions for the pickup meet spot were not clear, but we found them by talking to another MTS rep. What they should do is simply tell you to exit the airport and go to taxi stand 51, instead of look for someone in kaki pants and a pink shirt which is very difficult in the confusion outside of the terminal.

Outstanding service and attention to detail Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. As frequent travelers who don’t typically choose all-inclusive resorts, we were genuinely impressed by the quality, service, and attention to detail. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained, and we especially loved the bracelet key system—it made everything simple and stress-free. Communication was also excellent throughout, with staff speaking great English, which made the experience seamless for both of us. What truly made the difference was the staff. Jesús (concierge) was outstanding and made our stay incredibly relaxing with thoughtful, personalized touches. The food concierge team—Alvaro, Sebastian, and Ruth went above and beyond managing allergies and even customizing dishes so we could fully enjoy the menu. We also had wonderful experiences with Martin and Paris (Il Botacio), Xiunel and Aide (Mar House), and a fantastic Teppanyaki dinner thanks to Elias and Bogart. Paola (yoga) brought great energy, and Kevin and Jhonathan (pool service) were consistently attentive and friendly. Their efforts truly made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this resort and would gladly return.

Food variety is offered since they have 6 to 7 restaurants inside the hotel. The best options are those who required advance reservations. Just make sure you bring proper footwear if you are going to these restaurants since flip flops or beach wear are not allowed. Your designated butler will be happy to assist you on arrival, especially if you have WhatsApp on your phone, providing you with schedules, restaurant options, and other comforts. For airport to hotel or vice versa transportation, you can book a shuttle through the hotel or online via Cancun Shuttle. I recommend the latter, as I saved about $70. Don't forget to have smaller bills for tips and other expenses.

Pool side setting was comfy, i enjoyed the pool. Room was clean, however the jacuzzi upstairs in my room was not clean, did not use even though i paid for it. The room door was squeaky, but they did come in fix it at my request. The staff was excellent, shout out to Krystel and Marco, those are the 2 names that stood out.

The resort is only 7 years old, but put on your glasses and look carefully and there is a lot of wear and tear - broken railings, missing room numbers, chipped paint (or shoddily repainted spots). The gym equipment was in need of massive maintenance, too, with some exercises not doable due to the shape of equipement. The food varied and was generally pretty good. (Tip: the seafood place near the beach has better steak than the steak house). The staff were generally wonderful. My biggest gripe was the lack of a coffee shop - I was directed to the lobby bar for coffee. Their sister resort next door has this figured out - they have a wonderful little coffee shop with coffee and pastries and ice cream open from 7am to midnight. We went there a couple of times before we were told by security that we were not welcome to enjoy the amenities next door (despite the resort being "Majestic" and there being no fence or sign along the beach). The roof-top pool rooms were amazing - easily a highlight for us. Overall 7/10, not terrible but would not return.
