「The property is surrounded by lush tropical plants, and you can even spot different kinds of wildlife wandering around. As other travelers have mentioned, the hotel has a rustic charm. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway where you can disconnect from your devices, slow down, and simply enjoy nature, this is the perfect place to stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They recommended so many great places to eat and explore, and were always happy to share their local...

「Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. 「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Unique and Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Tulum! I had a wonderful stay at Calea Tulum Boutique Hotel. It’s a very unique boutique hotel with a peaceful, calming atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooftop swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, offering a great place to enjoy the surroundings and soak up the atmosphere. Having breakfast included also made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The rooms were very clean, well-organised and comfortable,...

「It was an amazing stay! It is very relaxing and calm. The beach was beautiful and the food was delicious!! We will be back soon!」

「Beautiful location, beach and property, but on arrival received attitude from the reception lady and unfortunately every single time it got worse. It's obvious she does not like her job and it's unfortunate to deal with such personality everyday when she is the first person to go for anything you need. Servers were so sweet and helpful. The rooms were so clean and well maintained but I wish I could tell the same for public beach washrooms they were SO dirty(when the managers showed up at the...

「Excellent customer service from all the staff. Meals were thoughtfully curated. Beach view was something we looked forward ti each day we were there. Very quiet. Neighbouring beaches are within short walks or a shuttle.」
