“The resort was amazing only tip is dont eat at the resosrts take a taxi in to the city of tulum food is much much cheaper outside the resort areas, most restaurants in the resort area charge $20 usd per taco, in central tulum tacos are $1.30 each but nomade is probably one of the most beautiful places I've ever been too would definitely come again”

“Place was nice but could’ve been kept better. I got probably over 30 mosquito bites because there was a gap in in the window that couldn’t be covered. The water and electric went out middle of the night before check out, and I found out because my cpap turned off and I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. It was raining hard so in order to get to the front desk from my room I had to walk through ankle height water. It could’ve been easily fixed if they put a drain or something.……

“The hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable. We especially appreciated being able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp at any time and how attentive they were to our needs throughout our stay. The price is definitely worth it, as the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience truly pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast is great!”

“They do not have a pool .. It's only a soaking tub on top floor!! Extremely disappointing for me as I wanted to swim in a pool the entire vacation.. Also, you can't do laundry yourself.. Which I don't like!! The housekeeper's can but the fee is 25 U.S. Stuff was extremely friendly.. Be aware you can't swim in the ocean do to sargassum it smells and it is everywhere, Tulum and Cancun... Tulum is very expensive also..”

“Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties.……

“Orchid House Jungle hotel was a great choice for our 4 day stay. Far enough away to not be bothered by droves of people, close enough to bike, scooter, or taxi to plenty of activities. The staff was helpful, genuine, and thoughtful. Frank our main contact listened to our needs/wants and absolutely had great suggestions and personalized our stay. Jose the primary bartender whipped up delicious Mezcal drinks and sweet Jamacia (Hibiscus drink) while also suggesting cenotes and places to visit. ……

“Hôtel incroyable pour rester à Tulum, il est un peu éloigné du centre mais on peut se déplacer sans souci en taxi. La cuisine est fonctionnel, le lit incroyablement confortable et la piscine privative est un vrai plus. On recommande à 100%”

“Clean room, amenities, and friendly staff. ”

“El departamento muy cómodo. La zona donde está ubicado muy central, todo a la mano (restaurantes, farmacia, tienda conveniencia) Dos habitaciones amplias, cocina equipada. No apto para personas con dificultad de escaleras porque tiene muchas. La amenidad del jacuzzi privado limitado. La alberca del complejo pequeña y no bien cuidada. ”

“It was a excellent stay in black house. We stayed as a group and it was an amazing experience. The place is very beautifully decorated and Marcela is super helpful. Definitely we will visit again.”

“La propiedad es moderna, comoda, la lavanderia ecxelente, el gimnasio necesita arreglosasi como aire acondicionado por las mananas (lo encienden hasta la tarde). Alberca es agradable, estacionamiento adecuado. Aire acondicionado dentro de la unidad es muy bueno, camas y muebles en buen estado. Privacidad y silencio asi como seguridad son acceptables. Areas comunes necesitan mas atencion, el personal no es activo.”

“Very nice place, stylish, clean, very quite with all you need for a short or long stay.”
