Excelente localización y vista al mar, sobre la playa.
Excelente personal: Alex, Jorge, Daniel, Gregorio y sobre todo Carla la gerente. Hacen mucho con muy poco.

「My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Casa Malca. While the property may lack some of the amenities of other hotels on Tulum Beach Rd., Casa Malca features artworks from the renowned collector Lio Malca’s personal collection in the hotel and around the grounds, so it’s a must for art enthusiasts. Additionally, the staff are all extraordinary, addressing us by name and attending to every detail of our stay.」

「My stay at Shibari was wonderful! Staff were very professional, attentive & courteous. Check-in process was simple. They were able to check me in early. The room floor seemed like it wasn’t cleaned that well but the room and view was so beautiful it took the focus away from it. The cenote and restaurant area were amazing. Food taste amazing, a bit overpriced, but the taste, service & staff compensated for it. The fitness center can use some attention. 」

「This hotel is for adults who want to relax and appreciate nature, and it is the most beautifully designed hotel I have ever been in! Every detail from the soap holders to the dishware is gorgeous and gives a very witchy-jungle vibe which I had never seen before. It is moody and lush and really draws you in to the jungle atmosphere. 「Beautifully decorated and top notch accommodations with everything needed!! Actually prettier than pictures dictate. So helpful to have the washer/dryer in unit. All employees were so helpful and quick to respond with any request or info needed!」

We loved our weeklong stay here. The rainforest vibe and secluded pools and waterfalls were just the atmosphere we wanted, and the location away from the beach in a quiet neighborhood was as very appealing. We had a room with a garden and soaking tub that gave the place the feel of an expensive boutique hotel for a fraction of the cost. The breakfast included with our room was small but excellent, and we made good use of the bar's happy hour. Superb margaritas!」

「Amazing stay at NaJ Boutique Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in Aldea Zama. The rooms are stylish, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool area is a great place to relax after exploring Tulum. Everything about the stay felt easy and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum. 🌴✨」
