「This hotel is absolutely stunning. Even though it feels like you are in the middle of the jungle, not one insect in our room. The cenote (natural pool) is breathtaking. They have free bikes to use and since the room is a beach town, it was walking distance to some of the most popular spots like Tantra Tulum Ilios the Greek restaurant, both are great scenes to party or enjoy company. The staff was spectacular and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will for sure be coming back.」

「This place is all aesthetic illusion and zero substance. The beachfront location and kind staff are the only things keeping it from being a complete write-off.
The rooftop pools—one of the main booking draws have been stripped of their appeal. They’re now covered by a solar awning, blocking nearly all sunlight. 「We have a great team experience at Orchid House Jungle. The hotel was beautiful and peaceful. The food was amazing and fresh. The staff was the best, they were accommodating to our needs and help facilitate rentals and tours. We felt like family there with the personal approach and attention. We visited the sister hotel and they were great as well. The continental breakfast was perfect and rooms were cleaned everyday. We will be definitely coming back.」

「Kitchen was not clean. Microvawe was dirty. There were cigarette ashes on the cups. The rust on appliances is a given because its so close to the sea.
There is a non existent front desk staff. Only whats app. 」
