「El lugar completo, maravilloso, el entorno mágico, el hecho de no tener recepción pero que Ehsan el manager esté al pendiente de tus necesidades es increíble. Te sientes como en casa y eso lo valoro muchísimo, volveré ahí cada que llegue a Tulum.
De igual forma las personas de vigilancia, siempre con excelente actitud 」

「Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind.
The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees...

「The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...
