We had a great experience at Secrets Tulum. The room was impeccable and the service was top notch. We enjoyed the spa services, especially the hydrotherapy session. This boutique hotel is top notch! From service, to the rooms to the friendly staff! Absolutely enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back! The decor is so cute and in such a great location!! Edit, in reception went above and behind and was so incredibly helpful! Highly recommend!!

The hotel itself is lovely. Spotless, modern, beautifully decorated. Be prepared to pay a significant tax upon arrival ($20 USD per night) and to have a fairly small room. Otonomus Tulum har stora och moderna rum med sköna sängar. Tyvärr ligger det långt ifrån både strand och stad så bil är ett måste. Duschen saknar tryck och det är svårt att få ut schampo ur håret. Tyvärr saknas möbler på balkongen.
