"This is a great resort! The restaurants are amazing. You can walk right off property to the beach and downtown. Take the ferry to Cozumel and use the resort there. The snorkeling at the Cozumel Palace is great. We brought our kids and they loved it."

"Beautiful house right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean and Cozumel on clear days. The swimming pool was perfect for taking a break from the sand and ocean. The patio was perfect for relaxing and lunch/dinners outside. Ordering lunch/dinner meals and picking it up or having it delivered were easy. We made a couple of trips to Super Walmart for breakfast/snack food. Susan and on-site property managers were all very responsive. (One tip - check the supply of bottled water when you arrive. We ran out early on our 1st full day and were without drinking water for a while.)"

"If you want peace and quiet or be near 5th ave this is cool....absolutely no amenities....no food, drinks, no view from room. Staff never spoke...but everything is walking distance... its ok for some people. But i would never stay again."

"I wish all restaurants were open especially on the weekends as you would think that is a big time for business throughout the year. Otherwise my stay was exceptional and appreciate and want to thank everyone I had a pleasure of interacting with. I will also say that I was taken by surprise of the actual shoreline for the beach as it's not described as being so close, a few online tweaks to descriptions to better describe actual suites would be suffice. But again otherwise we had a blast and GREAT time!!!"
