Overall I would stay here again. Food was ok, access to the other property restaurants was a nice option. Staff was friendly, and very helpful. Loved all the wildlife we were able to see while there. Property was a little older but still kept up quite nicely. The staff were very nice and helpful. The food was very good at all the restaurants! The seaweed/ its smell made the beach unusable unfortunately but the resort was doing what they could to clean the beach. The pools were great so even without the beach you could still have a very enjoyable and relaxing time

Here’s a polished review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at Platinum Yucatán Princess. From the moment we arrived until checkout, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the food exceeded my expectations with plenty of variety, and the drinks were great. There were so many pools and activities to enjoy, but it was also easy to find quiet places to unwind. The entertainment was fun, and the adults-only environment made the experience even more peaceful. It was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, and I made some unforgettable memories.The only downside for me was the number of iguanas around the property. I know they’re part of the local wildlife, but they made me a little uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful.

We absolutely loved the kindness of every staff member, they were always willing to help with a smile on their face. The gastronomy was varied, contrary to what some people said on reviews they had a wide variety of food and it was different every day. The restaurants à la carte had a nice selection of meals, the bars were easily accessible and the pools were very clean. We heard a ton of people complaining about how the beach was inaccessible because of the sargassum but that is not the hotel’s fault as they cannot control the weather. Regardless of that, there are plenty of activities within the resort to occupy your time. We will definitely be staying here again.
