The rooms are amazing and the AC works great. I didn’t have problems with the Wifi but it is weak lol The food is good, fairly middle of the road. The resort is gorgeous and an animal sanctuary which I live. The staff were kind and polite. I would absolutely go again!

This is not the adults-only experience younger travelers might expect. The resort feels more geared toward seniors and has a very quiet, low-energy atmosphere. If you’re looking for a lively, child-free getaway, this may not be the right place for you. The food was also very disappointing. I’m not a picky eater, but the quality was far below what I would expect from a 5-star resort. I’ve stayed at 4-star resorts with much better food. To make matters worse, there was ongoing construction in two buildings — one near the main lobby and amenities, and one close to our room. We were not informed in advance and paid full price. The daily noise from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. made it hard to relax. Overall, I would not recommend staying here and suggest looking at other options.

La plage est vraiment terrible...nous avons été une seule nuit cette année. Nous avons déja été il.y a 9 ans, au Grand Riviera Princess qui est juste a côté avec les enfants. L'érosion a presque fait disparaitre la moitié de la plage, et il y avait trop d'algue du côté du Yucatan...carrément impraticable, elle était fermée et les algues n'étaient pas ramassées et dégageaient une forte odeur...très désagréable...on a marché sur la plage environ 10 minpour trouve un 'spot' correct, mais il y a a peine 2 pied d'eau et c'est très rocailleux avec moins d'algues. Cependant, le buffet et le.personnel et tout ce qui est nourriture, c'est excellent, les chambres sont très biens.Beaucoup de construction/rénovations, le bruit peut être incommodant et visuellement, ça peut être dérangeant. Pour leur hotel soeur, (Grand Riviera et Sunset) juste a côté, tout est en ruine et rénovation, je n'aurais pas voulu séjourner là..

Really strict resort. We had multiple instances in the 24-7 buffet where we’d sit and a friend would join us, and multiple staff would tell us we can’t do that. One night we booked a table at a restaurant and said 6 or 7, because we weren’t sure if one friend would make it. Again, multiple staff voiced to us that if the booking says 7, we must have 7 people. The buffet was also not 24–7, it was closed in between breakfast, lunch and dinner, and you weren’t allowed to take food out. So if you couldn’t get ahold of room service, you couldn’t get food from the buffet and bring it to your room. Over all, extremely strict on the little things and some staff were rude. There was a server at the swim up bar that refused to help when our ball fell over the counter, behind the bar area. I asked him for help, he said “1 hour” and walked away to serve others, when I followed and asked again because I thought he misunderstood, he said he was helping others and then proceeded to try and serve people that walked up to the bar after me. The people were kind enough to tell him they can wait and to help me but we could all tell he really didn’t want to for some reason. After I explained to him what happened and I’m just trying to get the ball back for my friends, he made a rude comment to me while walking away…

We recently stayed at the Palladium Yucatan Princess Adults Only and overall had a really lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, we found the atmosphere to be incredibly calming and relaxing. The entire resort felt peaceful and well maintained, which made it very easy to unwind and enjoy our vacation. Our room was absolutely spotless, and we were very impressed with the housekeeping standards. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, attentive, and professional — they truly helped make our stay enjoyable. One area that we found a bit confusing was the restaurant schedule. It was sometimes unclear which restaurants were open on certain days. We specifically tried to visit the sushi bar a couple of times, only to find that it had already closed for the evening. It might be helpful to have clearer daily signage or an easy-to-access schedule for guests so they can better plan their dinners. The only small comfort issue for us was the pillows — they weren’t quite to our liking — but that’s certainly a minor personal preference and didn’t significantly impact our stay. On our final day, we did experience one concern. Guests in the swim-out pool beside our room were smoking quite heavily in the pool area. We noticed that this didn’t seem to be addressed by staff at the time. We were slightly uncomfortable, as we didn’t want any smoke smell lingering near our room or to risk being associated with it. Staff went over and above what was necessary to make our stay Wonderful. However, Beach was absolutely not as pictured. Very disappointed about that.
Beach is eroded so far back that it's difficult to find a sunny spot. Palapa were few. Mostly laying in the mangrove.
