"This is hands down one of the most special and beautiful hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. Highly, highly recommend! One of the only places where j feel like the beautiful website photos actually didn’t do it justice— in person it is even more beautiful. Every detail is gorgeous and thoughtful and the property is so unique. Great location, great staff, great food."

"Absolutely perfect stay in CDMX, Roi and every staff member was exceptionally kind, helpful, and thorough.
The property is beautiful and in a perfect spot to walk places and also have easy access to go to larger tourist sites. Roi also helped us get a tour to the pyramids and our guide Francisco was so lovely and knowledgeable.
We can’t wait to come back!"

"A whimsical style shared apartment, with delightful surroundings, lots of plants and art, the bedding was just right, robe and slippers provided, staff super nice and accommodating, in the heart of Polanco next to restaurants, parks and lots of life, the noise on the street lasted till 10p but for me it was part of the fun. Will def return."

"Nice place if you are on a budget. Great location. My favorite part was the lady in the kitchen walking out when you come inside the entry. Hot water needs work. Otherwise if you are on a budget and never been the mexico this is a great place to start. Residential and you can walk anywhere. "

"Choose La Palomilla if you’re looking for amazing hospitality and delicious breakfasts!
The master suite room has AC and nice sized shower, which I highly recommend. Rooms were basic but with all the amenities you would need. Location was quiet but still walkable to many sights and restaurants!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My stay at Hotel Geneve Ciudad de México was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful historic atmosphere, elegant decor, and the incredible attention to detail throughout the hotel. It has so much character and charm, and staying there felt like experiencing a little piece of Mexico City’s history.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great stay. The location was also fantastic—close to so many restaurants, attractions, and things to do, which made exploring Mexico City so convenient.
My room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. I especially loved the classic atmosphere of the hotel—it has a unique personality that you just don’t get at modern chain hotels.
Overall, I had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay at Hotel Geneve again. If you’re looking for a hotel with history, character, great service, and a wonderful location in Mexico City, I highly recommend it. Five stars all around! ❤️🇲🇽If you want, I can also make it more personal and emotional, like a review that sounds less “professional” and more like a real guest wrote it."
"The room was extremely clean upon arrival, our housekeeper, Rosa, was extremely kind and came every day to tidy our room and left us a few treats each day. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and polite, they assisted us with whatever we needed. The ac was a hit for the humidity, although it did rain a few days we were there. The all inclusive breakfast is what sold me on this hotel because there were no other hotels with such elegance and charm that caught my eye upon booking. The breakfast spread is definitely a 10/10 and the options were endless. The Zocalo rooftop for dinner was beautiful and the food was prepared quite well! After dinner we were able to take some photos on the balcony and the staff even helped me celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday by gifting a nice dessert at the end of our meal. Overall I’d recommend this place again and again and would definitely return here when I visit CDMX again!"
"One of the best accommodations I’ve ever had. I reserved a few nights here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and requested a bottle of tequila be placed in the room prior to our arrival. I was fully expecting to pay for it but they offered it free. The most thoughtful thing ever. Additionally the room itself was immaculate. The air conditioning was a little warm but that’s not the end of the world at all. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff was so attentive and kind. The location couldn’t be better: five minutes walking distance from everything amazing. If you’re trying to decide whether or not to book here, go for it."
"I stayed here last minute for the warped tour. I could not have been more satisfied with every aspect of this hotel! While I loved the staff, I didn’t have much opportunity to enjoy the full hotel, restaurant, pool, etc. One of the best things is the location, and the transportation to and from the airport, which I’ve found to be tricky with other locations in Mexico City. The location is close, the staff is friendly and they had English speakers available when my Spanish failed me. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
