Yo amo la tecnologia. Sin embargo cuando por alguna razón falla, espero soporte. Tuve que realmente insistir para que me dieran soporte. Agradezco que lo hayan hecho al final, no sin un grado de stress innecesario.

Muy bien ubicado y tranquilo. Hay áreas de oportunidad: solamente hay un cesto de basura, solo me dejaron rollo de papel higiénico y la comunicación con los administradores de la propiedad fue nula, una noche llegue y el portón electrónico estaba bloqueado, de no ser por un inquilino que llego y pudo abrir me hubiera quedado afuera. Son pequeños detalles que no me hacen darle 5 estrellas, pero darle menos de 4 sería injusto.

Nuestra habitación estaba muy amplia y además bastante iluminada y ventilada, con balcón a la calle y aún así nada ruidosa. La casa es bonita y la ubicación muy buena. La atención por mensaje fue rápida y muy amable. Estuvimos muy contentos!

No tiene estacionamiento, aunque lo mencionan en la descripción, no hay contacto con nadie, no hay ventilador ni aire acondicionado. Mucho que mejorar, había calcetines de alguien más en el baño....

Muy mal atención al cliente
En general el lugar está bonito y bien ubicado, pero la atención al cliente es fatal. Me cobraron una tarifa diferente a la aplicación (obvio más cantidad) envie mensaje preguntando y no respondieron. Las fundas y sábanas tenían cabellos de uso anterior, no estaban limpias, en el baño un jabón usado, sin televisión solo el control remoto. No hay un ser humano que te atienda. Todo es por mensaje y no te responden. La habitación no cuenta con ningún aditamento para controlar frío o calor, ya tu te entiendes con la naturaleza y un cobertor.
