「The view from this apartment is incredible and its location is very convenient. It was perfect for our family trip since we really took advantage of the resort pool and beach access and it was across the Food Park which is perfect with little ones (lots of delicious options and a little playground). Going to Zona Romántica was an easy Uber ride away and it was close to the airport and other activities in the Vallarta area. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. It's spacious; room design is thoughtful; staff is so, so helpful; staff responded to items that needed fixing (patio fan, safe cabinet door) in a timely manner. I'd recommend it to anyone. I love that there is a family area, although we didn't use it. Food was very good. 」

「1.I payed club room with 330USD per day. But live with same room as normal 2. They always made mistake , like not provide me the card, charge me Internet fee. And never say sorry, even they know it's theirw mistake」

「Bad service. I did not live in the hotel for 2 nights, but they charge me 2 nights cleaning fee for no reason. If you don't want to pay the extra fee they won't let you to checkin.」

「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」
