「Great location and excellent customer service」

「Buen servicio, habitación limpia, desayuno muy bueno」

「We stayed on the 10 th floor The pool is on the 11 th floor Proximity was good but it was very loud A lot of street noise as well Perhaps a lower floor would be better Staff is helpful and pleasant Good for 20-40 year olds」

「El hotel ya es viejo, pero el servicio de su personal es excelente Lamentablemente la vista no está tan buena porque están arreglando el campo de golf」

「Limpio y muy atento el pesonal」

「Property was exactly as described. It is very walkable from the airport, which we find extremely helpful. Grocery store is right next to the property, fast food is very close also. Easy pick-up with Uber for next destination.」

「Excelente servicio」

「Excelente atención y buenas instalaciones. Alberca con buena temperatura」

「They are still in the process of remodeling and adding on. They are building a restaurant right by the pool so you could hear that construction while at the pool. Only one out of five elevators were working. The fire alarm went off everyday due to them working on the elevators. The breakfast buffet was in the sports bar due to remodeling. We will go back eventually, just going to wait two years.」

「Excellent breakfast Staff very friendly」

「There were cockroaches in the room. This is the oldest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and the bathtub was covered in mold. The hotel was undergoing renovations, with unbearable noise, and only one restaurant was open. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again, even for free.」

「Alex, Epi and Max are incredible employees. During my experience, it was to crowded and if you don't get up early finding a spot around the pool is almost impossible. The food was ok but breakfast was very disappointing.」

「Safe and good location, 5 minutes walk to the airport. Facilities are in good condition, room is clean and tidy. Staffs are polite.」

「La habitación grande y limpia. Solo es un poco vieja. Las albercas y la playa, exquisitas. Los restaurantes no siempre estuvieron abiertos o no tienen tanta variedad. La ubicación muy buena. Hay facil transporte desde ahi.」

「Food variety was perfect! Room was gorgeous!」
