We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Palladium Vallarta! Lots of stuff stood out. Yes clean rooms! We thought the food at the buffet was great. The omelette station and taco bar were a big hit. But what stood out was the staff. Everyone had a smile. As soon as we arrived we felt welcomed. The beach was great. I know there hasn’t been a lot said about the snorkeling but I thought it was pretty good. We were lucky there was quite a few days where the waves were calm and the water cleared up. We saw lots of rays, saw a few turtles and even a couple of eels. That was straight out front of the beach. I felt pretty safe even a couple hundred metres out from the beach. All in all we would go back again. Thanks Grand Palladium!

La estancia fue buena, solo en el restaurante italiano tardaron mucho en pasarnos y tienen poco personal, y en la alberca de adultos nos ofrecieron una botella de wiski y la renta de una cama por un importe, y despues teeminaron cobrando mas.

Resort staff were excellent and went out of their way to make the stay special for our kids (complete with a sleepover set up that included balloon octopus with swords!) and enjoyable for our family.

The place is nothing like the one online; the service and food were horrible. Isn't service at the pool or beach. When you asked, they said it's an auto service. The lines were so long with only one bartender doing drinks. The food quality is below normal standards.

El servicio fue por mucho de los mejores que hemos tenido en nuestras vacaciones. El personal sumamente amable, el hecho de separar mediante expedia nos permitió incluso un trato preferencial, Jose nos estuvo apoyando durante toda la estancia para hacer reservaciones, cuidar maletas, cualquier duda con el WhatsApp. En la habitación nos recibieron con botella y trufas. A la llegada no hicimos fila para check in y a la salida tampoco para el check out. Definitivamente recomendados al 100%

The whole place was spotless! This was the first time we stayed on the family selection side of this resort. The E-family host Josue was amazing.We were herewith our family(14 people) to celebrate our 50 th anniversary. The E-family host decorated our room while we’re out for a special dinner. We were so surprised when we returned to find the room filled with balloons and a congratulations banner!He also booked all of our suppers at the specialty restaurants and help alert staff to our allergies and special diet needs. The staff at the restaurants(especially the Nest) were wonderful and I felt so safe eating here.

Rooms were very clean with the tightest tucked in bed sheets ever. Fridge stocked with lots of water and other drinks frequently. Beach was great as were the pickleball courts . The food was good. Booking of restaurants was challenging but it worked out. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Th staff seemed to be having an off week or something. We showed up and no one greeted us. House keeping forgot to leave towels when they took the old ones. They left 2 beers a day in the room ( no other booze) and didn't leave any a couple days. Restaurant's were hit and miss with service and quality. The sports bar was not open until 4. The service was extremely slow. We left after 30 minutes one day. The food you ordered in the sports bar was good. They were re-doing a lot of the place - the beach bar was closed- painting the outside so we couldn't use our deck. The hills were a lot. No elevators- be ready to walk a lot

Staff was helpful and accomadating. Buffet and restaurant options have improved so much. We’ve been coming here for 11 years. Definitely recommend.
