I have stayed at higher “starred” resorts which came nowhere near this property in terms of overall experience… the property is extremely clean, resort staff are fun & welcoming, and food is good. First thing I tried: The outdoor “tiki taco” serves stale chips and shriveled-up hot dogs and something resembling a taco tasted so bad everything out there the cheese stuff for the nachos tasted like bargain brand artificial gross I figured that the steak restaurant would be good; you needed to come early and wait in line, so it has to be yummy, I……

“The breakfast in the morning was nice to have. Would have loved a little more variety with the hot menu items. The staff were generally great but one or two were a little aggressive when we didn’t understand what the expectations were. Like not being served coffee after having been seated for a while so we thought we could serve ourselves just like with the food. “This is definitely an older hotel. The pool is large and nice (although there is black grout along the top that needs to be cleaned). However it was very annoying getting a spot at the pool as many people put their towels down and then go elsewhere taking up the majority of the pool chairs by 9am. It was easier finding a chair at the beach, which we preferred anyways. The à la carte restaurants were good, and the Mexican was the tastiest. The breakfast buffet was good but dinner and lunch……

“We had a wonderful stay at UNICO 20°105° in Riviera Nayarit. The resort is clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The spa was absolutely fabulous, and the rooftop deck offered breathtaking views—perfect for relaxing and taking it all in. A highlight of our stay was the tequila tasting with Gustavo, which was both fun and informative, and water aerobics with Natalie, who brought great energy. “Beautiful big pools with great activities staff. Entertainment was fun, great food, especially the taco bar on the beach, French restaurant in the train car and the Mexican and Japanese restaurants. Main buffet was varied and excellent as well. Bar service on the beach, Beautiful marble in the main building. We loved our junipr suite with beach view - jad an outdoor seating area and two lounge chairs, and a 10 meter walk out to the beach! Onsite diveshop as well. Skip the Iberostar sales……

“Our 2nd time in 2 yrs as a family of 4 with kids age 7&8. We loved our stay yet again. Always something to do. Kids loved the pools and arcade. They enjoyed kids club and we enjoyed a quiet morning on the beach. We were seriously impressed with how much joy and enthusiasm the entertainment team brought every day, all day. The beach was perfect, the pools were clean and warm. So much food options. Rooms were air conditioned and cleaned daily. The perfect stay. ”

“The pools were great, the staff were friendly, the only complaints i had were that the room had no fridge or coffee maker and no coffee on site, they have a restaurant the we found was below average, there is a little store nearby that you can get coffee, drinks etc.. if you book heŕe i would recommend getting the suites and not the standard rooms as they are very small and lack basic amenities, also the beach area is very rocky and not ideal. Overall a very average experience at this hotel.”

“Rooms are super outdated , bed was decent but overall it was still peasant stay . The staff was very friendly, I enjoyed their night shows and the food was good which made up for the outdated hotel . For price and a few days not bad . Would encourage for updated pics . ”
