“Me gusto mucho el hotel y fue una estancia placentera”

“The rooms were clean. The pools were clean, facilites spotless but there were some maintenance work during the day. There was also construction on the side of the property and along with that is the noise associated with trucks. The restaurants were ok, nothing out of the ordinary for what you would expect for an all inclusive of this caliber.”

“The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of time at the adult pool and frequently interacted with the staff for free beer/drinks. Vicky was the best and always had a great attitude and smile for me! Valet staff was also very fast and helpful.”

“Las habitaciones están limpias y con todo lo necesario, el personal siempre fue muy amable, las albercas limpias, el área de niños lo gozó mucho mi hijo con muchas actividades. La comida 10/10, el restaurante italiano delicioso y su atención excelente. Lo único es que no hay muchos camastros en playa siempre que bajábamos no nos tocaba camastro, sé que están divididas la zonas dreams de secrets pero si es necesario más comodato para dreams en playa.”

“El hotel tiene vistas muy bonitas y de noche es precioso! Las albercas con temperatura perfecta! La comida es buena a excepción de los snacks, nunca hubo pizza... pero las habitaciones están fatales, huelen a humedad, nos tocó sin teléfono, sin sillas en el balcón, se tuvieron que reportar al menos 5 veces hasta que por fin el chico que fue a la habitación porque la puerta no reconocía nuestra llave nos ayudó, aparte, jamás nos cambiaron las toallas para la ducha, no rellenaron nuestro frigobar,……

“Angel at the Cortes restaurant was super nice he went the extra mile for us, very knowledgeable about how to treat people, the only reason I didn’t gave 5 to the resort is because the reception was very disorganized and people were waiting in line not knowing where to go.also the food at the food court some of them were cold and coffee was not good for my experience..”

“Beautiful property. Rooms were small and outdated, but were clean. Bed was not very comfortable. Staff were friendly, however there wasn't that extra effort to make the stay or staff memorable. For an all exclusive stay there was much to be desired here. The food was good, but so few options. Pool bar and pool food service stopped at 5pm. Way too early. For dinner the buffet was only open one of the nights during our week long stay. There were 3 restaurants on property (4 including an adults……
