“The Hilton property The Conrad is a quality upscale resort. The resort is quiet and extremely clean. The amenities are amazing! The staff was helpful and very attentive. We were there during a down time for seasons and there were very few people there. We ate lunch by the pool and enjoyed an amazing night meal at Mesquite! The steak was probably one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The service at the restaurant was impressive! We enjoyed other meals in town of Punta Mita. The downside is that……

“We were greeted with smiles and a very helpful bellboy. Front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were in need of pesos and wanted to get the best rate so one of the front desk staff thoroughly explained how to get to the nearest bank. The breakfast and service staff were so friendly and polite.”

“The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Hotel is very beautiful, Great amenities with the beach being just 2 feet away and restaurant on site. I really love it! The only issues we had was at our initial check in at the front desk. We were told that the AC unit for the room we booked was not working and offered to put us in another hotel at another location. At that time we were not willing to go to another location.”

“The pools were gorgeous, and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. If you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk, you could get to Centro or the Zona Dorada; if not, Ubers and taxis are plentiful. The beach was very rocky; when we wanted to go in the ocean, we walked south in the beach to better places.”

“The staff was absolutely amazing!!! We went on a 14 day honeymoon, and the hotel was beautiful, private beach, staff was very accommodating, and it is the perfect spot to get away from tourists but yet take a 5 minute car ride into the heart of Zona Romantica. Highly recommend this stay and we will definitely be coming back!”

“Perfect location to walk to the beach and restaurants. The room was great for one person. The only issue was the water in the shower never got hot. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the pool area was nice. I was on the main floor next to check in and I still had a private little balcony. Very quaint ”
