Very unaccommodating resort. We had two rooms with 4 adult kids (21, 20, 19, 19) and arrived at 9 am (Westjet) in the morning and they made us feel very unwelcome. They said we couldn’t get our all-inclusive wrist bands until noon which we understood but they actually chased all 6 of us off their property when we were down at the beach/pool which the front desk said was ok to be at as long as we didn’t drink or eat until we had our arm bands. When we went to go home, our flight was at 9 pm (Westjet) so we were getting picked up at at 7 pm by the prearranged shuttle… our flight then got delayed to leave at 2am. Checkout is at noon so our options were to pay 515 peso until 5 pm or 1490 peso until 6:30 pm. No other options… we were prepared to pay extra but it wasn’t even a possibility. One of our rooms toilets on fourth floor had to be plunged every day to let it flush. Resort is very tired.

Room key cards are a pain. Pretty well had to have it reprogrammed every day. Hit & miss whether you had hot water or not. Face cloths are like gold there I think. Had to ask for them every day. Staff is great, but no doubt about it some people are treated better than others. Guess it depends on how much you tip.

Room was not the room we were suppose to get. We had booked King room.with balcony, we got Queen room with balcony staring at brick wall no view. No air conditioning for 3 days, all clothes, sheets, towels were wet. Nothing would dry after that, couldnt sleep. Always told 2 hours it would be fixed. Front staff ignored you if you complained. Had to beg for bottled water, only 2 per room per day. Serving staff were wonderful only reason we enjoyed ourselves. Would never recommend

Very clean, our ocean front suite was a great size. The staff were incredible. The food was good, even our 6 year old was able to find favorites at each meal. Older resort needing a refresh yes, but it was a fabulous stay and we would certainlynrecommend thisbresort for families. The kids clud was great. Our kido loved it and Africa, the lady who ran it was amazing.

The outside grounds and pool with ocean views were awesome! The staff were attentive and aimed to please. This is an older resort with visible flaws, it needs an update but most everything that counts was in good order.

Buenas tardes. El lugar es muy bonito; el personal muy amable, atento, carismático. La habitación muy cómoda, amplia y limpia; lo malo que en ocasiones no ponían las toallas de baño completas, pero sin problema al reportar la situación las llevaban. Como sugerencia: los brazaletes deben ser de otro material más cómodo para evitar rasguños; pueden ser de listón, plástico o algo similar. En general la estadía fue excelente, con calidad y calidez humana. La playa está limpia, dan indicaciones de seguridad para entrar o no al mar. Todas las áreas están cuidadas y limpias. (albercas, jardines, pasillos, sanitarios, camastros...) Las actividades son atractivas y divertidas. La comida es muy sabrosa, saludable, variada. Por parte del personal hay limpieza, orden, control sanitario; aunque algunos comensales ignoraron las medidas sanitarias al servirse los alimentos, sin el uso de las pinzas o cucharas (pero eso no es culpa de quien nos brinda el servicio). Muchas gracias por todo a cada una de las personas que en conjunto hacen que todo esté perfecto. Volveremos a ir, así que pronto esteremos por allá con la familia. Un abrazo y mis sinceras felicitaciones a cada persona que hace posible una estancia super agradable.

Rooms were great for the price. It is a small resort which many Mexicans also attend so the staff dont all speak English very well which can be diffucult at times. The restaurants arent open all the time so you have to plan. Food isnt great but it was ok. The pools were amazing for kids especially young ones. For a cheap all inclusive I would highly recommend it. If you want a luxury stay, not the place for you.

Hotel is very dated, could use improvements to most of the facilities (other than the kids pools which were great), but it was tolerable for our families, each with kids under 6. Little noisy now due to construction on one side. Breakfast is good, but need more kid-friendly food options the rest of the day. Big props for Rafael, the manager who was very helpful & accomodating when needed, and Ernesto (best bartender/waiter) onsite!

Clean and well kept property. Food was sub par and tge a la carte restaurant options were a joke and thats being nice. Great pool and beach access. Kids club did not exist even after strong promotuon of this option on the hotel website. Bar options were poor and many of the bartending staff were trained to actually serve drinks. Would not stay again.

We had a good overall stay at this hotel. The staff was truly wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made a big difference in our experience. While the rooms could use some improvements, everything was comfortable enough and we enjoyed our time here. Thank you to the great staff for making our stay pleasant.
